I'd like this place to find it's feet and flourish. It's all simple, common sense stuff, just give people room to be, don't be afraid to put your foot down if members are truly and maliciously trolling and that kind of thing. There's nothing wrong with being firm but fair.

I'm rambling a bit here, not sure what it is I'm trying to say.

We're all in the same boat y'know.
