Same here. Logging in and out was the only thing to make it go away.

I got the same Message,


KUNENA: FAILED TO SAVE SESSION INFORMATION!
KUNENA INTERNAL ERROR: PLEASE CONTACT THE SITE ADMINISTRATOR TO FIX THIS ISSUE!

By going out and starting anew on the Forum as if nothing was wrong,
It gets me on track again for some time, then it returns.
