Oh yes, wub, from what I've seen. My 12yr old daughter (rising 13 this June) has always owned hundreds of books that she still reads and re-reads. And her friends are the same. Twilight and all things vampires-in-love, of course; but even bigger than that are the comedic stories by Louise Rennison (she of "Withering Tights" fame). :D

ETA: I've just seen your comment on my book cover, wub: it's a lovely photo! I get the covers from a photographer called dan at www.freedigitalphotos.net There are other photographers there who are also brilliant, but dan's work is wonderful. I'll be using another of his shots on the cover of the next story too.

I buy the $7 dollar version and just add the writing myself. :) Then alan at yourebookpartners sees to the rest... :)

I just happened upon the old place for a quick glance and noticed this:

Around the middle of the second row. I'm just curious, why would a banned member go through the tedium of logging in while banned when doing so affords them no other privileges than to show up as an active member online?? Could this be more trickery by the admin team? Not a big deal, just found it a little odd is all. As you were....

I've heard that people can log in after being banned but all they can see is the "you've been banned" screen. I've never tried to log back on after they banned me. Fuck 'em in their earlobes!!

I don't remember the exact number of posts I had, I just know it's a bit more than 5k. Btw. I did notice that after they closed the Conspiratainment section @ the DIF, the number of threads and posts in that section diminished. What's the point of doing that if nobody could see the damn section besides admin/mods?
