If you want to play Jewish conspiracies, maybe you should start a thread about it. Myself, I didn't come to this forum for an endless repetition of the DIF. It's boring constantly arguing with the 'Jews this, Jews that'. I'm sick of that stuff. If it pleases you to believe it's all about the Jews, then you go for it - it doesn't really matter. It just gives you a phantom enemy to waste your life obsessing about.
Well David Icke doesn't think it's a phantom enemy.
We know how you feel about Jewish issues, it's nearly all you ever posted about on DIF, defending them that is.
We know you're an atheist though.
And not Jewish.
1/ Icke has repeatedly said it's not about 'the Jews'
2/ What Icke says is up to Icke. I'm very critical of Icke and don't see him as any kind of benchmark. And anyway another thing Icke has said repeatedly is that people shouldn't take what he says at face value and should challenge it. Why do people have a tendency to say
well Icke says this...? - So what.
3/ d. I love a good argument, me, but I think it really is sinking in that there are some areas that are intractable dead ends. Debate is a good thing - if you don't test out beliefs and put them up for challenge, you'll get nowhere. Backslapping clubs might be nice, but they won't make you think too hard. But on the other hand, you can get into these endless circles going round and round where the same things get said over and over. It's not stimulating. I agree with feather
Greed respects no borders, colours or creeds it will grab from whoever it can get away with.
And that's it. Say Jews
did control everything. Well if you suddenly replaced them all with gentiles what would change? Would the world magically become a utopia of peace and plenty?
It's like how people used to go on about the 'white male power structure' - it's certainly true that white men have dominated global power for centuries. But did Barack Obama or Margaret Thatcher represent some kind of positive step forward? Did they fuck. If you put black African women in chage of all the banks, they'd still be the same banks and still do the same things as part of the same system. The whole Jew thing is just trying to get people to dislike Jewish people - no matter how much you dress it up, that's the punchline - Jews are bad people, they're not like us and they're to blame. If people want to think that, they're not going to change their mind through rational argument because they're operating from a position of irrationality in the first place. You just get wound up trying to convince people who are determined to blame anyone but the social group they see themselves a part of that going round disliking other people on ethnic grounds is a bad idea. In the final equation, it's going nowhere.
