Maybe not.... This thread is kind of :O .... I'll be honest; i never thought that the bannings were much more than a kneejerk reaction to posters "defecting" to this site, or people who just got fed up, took things too seriously, and flew in the face of the mods/admin to just push the envelope and got banned as a result. in other words, legitimate within the vagaries of the forum guidelines.

I suspected that certain mods were all for the Nazi style posts and posters, but was also willing to accept that I was maybe just being paranoid. I wasn't being paranoid.... and that's too bad. The way some of you were tossed is really not cool. You were right. Too bad, and it's their loss. Whether they realize it or not.

My dif account only ever got 3 infraction points - for discussing moderation - I said in the open that I did not believe that mods were enforcing the forum rules - I made several attempts to get dialogue going both in pm to various mods and on the boards - my outright ban came before the 'forum wars' rule change but without any further warnings nor points allocated to my account -nor when I attempted to log on was I given a reason for the ban - though it came directly after I posted on this forum in reference to pmg1 - I had posted in the private area - and that area alone about who people would like contacted on the first sanctum zone forum - I am of the belief that someone forwarded on the names of the members who offered to contact others to the dif admin - I have no evidence to offer to support my belief and that belief may be wrong - but it is my gut feeling on the matter.

It's not at all bizarre IMO. A lot of the stuff he draws on comes from American right wing - in some cases extreme right wing - material. People might not like it, but a lot of popular conspiracy notions originally came from that direction. That doesn't mean Icke is like that, certainly not the majority of his supporters and he daws off lots of other stuff too. But a lot of his stuff is recognisable to people from that tradition.

I imagine when you start investigating 'bloodlines' one would inevitably come across someone whose interest is driven by less innocent motives than 'following the money', particularly when the right wing are a tad fixated when it comes to heritage, migration and DNA profiling etc.

The evidence is that you posted it in the private forums.... only logged in, signed up members can view private, right? Not nice. I could understand being banned from some blatant DIF related in the public, anyone-can-view area..... understand in the sense that it means a mod from DIF sees it, reports it and bingo.... But in the Private section, that's exclusive.

In Canada, a man named Ernst Zundel was jailed and deported from Canada to his native Germany for distributing literature and taking the stance that the Holocaust did not happen. He was a professor, he had no previous criminal record, he was held in solitary confinement prior to being deported, and he was a Canadian citizen. The most damning presented evidence against him? He received some of the literature for his research from an Aryan group in the US.

A lot of info like that is tied to sources like the above.

He's never been a professor, he's an overt Nazi, he wanted to ban schindler's list and he started out writing about Nazi UFOs in Antarctica. I'm sorry, but the guy is a Nazi crackpot.
And he plays on the free speech angle, but only because he's the one under fire. If the boot were on the other foot, all that hand wringing would quickly evaporate.

Well it seems we've all been getting the wrong end of the stick www.davidicke.com/forum/showthread.php?t=213224 apparently:
sean: Just leaving this up for a short duration so others can see that we do not tolerate racism on this forum. Posts such as the OPs are not just ignorant but dangerous to the credibility of the truth movement as a whole. This thread will be deleted.

Seriously Ron, you picked about the worst example possible there. Zundel is notorious for being involved in this charming tract I quote from here (at the time under a pseudonym)
We loved Hitler because he was a White Man. He practiced our White virtues of forthright honesty and his actions matched his words. If something was filth, he disposed of it as filth with sanitary thoroughness. He did not enshrine the excrescence of sick minds. He was not ashamed to burn shameful enemy propaganda which was aimed at the destruction of our souls.

He was not like our racial enemy and his democratic stooges who preached freedom of the press and practiced suppression.

We loved him because he replaced the wasteful idleness of our penal system with productive labor and punishment with redemption. Even habitual criminals fulfilled useful roles in our society, roles which even they could look upon with pride. Not only did he save us from them, he saved them for us.

Yup only logged in signed up members - added to the above which I forgot is that I had not posted on the dif for a couple of weeks before hand after going 'unofficially' inactive - I had messaged a mod to say that I was not posting there due to the tone of the place and the concerns I had about the moderation but that I didnt feel the need to make an announcement publicly as it would make no difference so was not asking to go inactive - as I did not want the people in question to have the satisfaction of thinking they had driven me away - then boom banned - I have suspicions as to who it could be but with no evidence shall not start naming names - they are not here to defend themselves and it would be pretty shitty of me to start speculating.

that and my dossier of screenies and active links - which show definitively that for over a year that racism was not only tolerated but actively encouraged by some mods. I spose I could send it to sean to help him remove the offending posts - lemme think..... nah....

No, it's not necessary... I never said he wasn't a crackpot. The point is, his main crime was saying the Holocaust didn't happen, and he was jailed and deported back to Germany even though he was a Canadian citizen and had no previous criminal record. He was teaching a course on the Holocaust at a local University. Canada allows all kinds.... there are a hell of a lot worse than that who don't get solitary and deportation. Charlie Veitch got locked up in the same jail at the G8 protests, and the guy was never the same after that. Maybe he was always planning a 180 degree turn, but the timing was suspicious to me, given how folks in my country operate. I wasn't into the Love Police thing either, just saying.
