Its like every­thing else in life.

Some peo­ple learn things as they go.

But from what i can gather Sean is actu­ally a very loyal per­son to David Icke and has pos­si­bly been guilty of being over pro­tec­tive of a per­son he has much respect for.

It is just a cry­ing shame that the very peo­ple that helped guide Sean to mak­ing a change for the bet­ter might not be there to see the changes that are made, unless of course you send him an email and say sorry

The crying shame is that it has taken untold numbers of people making themselves inactive and explaining in no uncertain terms why - and yet more people creating an alternative site to see a certain amount of change begin. I am suspicious as to the motives behind the change - I do not think it is born out of respect for users I believe it is born out of covering arses against valid grievances and to attempt to repair damage.

Personally I am glad that there has been some change - I am happy that the chat room issue on dif has been addressed - I am happy that the anti semitic stuff is no longer as in your face - and I am happy that members are able to give feedback to the admin team there so far without consequence to my limited knowledge.

it is too little too late for me and I am not convinced that lessons have been learnt - I fear that in a years time the same issues people have currently will be had by current or new members of the dif - I hope I am wrong.

Edit: I shall not be emailing sean - I stand by everything I have said - I am not sorry for taking a stand against something I feel very passionately about and for having the courage of my convictions - I think it is important to address the problems wherever we see them - in ourselves, in the world and in the places that offer us an alternative - you can be damn sure that I will challenge that which I don't agree with here as vociferously as I did over there - the difference being I have the belief and trust in the people here to respect and listen even if they disagree.
