Indeed it is - I have to question why he would give them such ammo considering that the 'free speech' angle can be so easily exposed as being untrue - I am saddened by it all tbh - Can you imagine if one of the papers spent just a few weeks on there looking into the posting history of a small number of long term 'protected' posters? With warman already on ickes back and combat 18 cited as some of ickes longest standing supporters and stormfront declaring the dif the place to go for likeminded people to talk to.... I cannot imagine it ending with conspiracy and icke looking good

I hadn't imagined that scenario, I had more imagined what would happen if a regular member of the public who was beginning to feel a bit shortchanged by The Guardian - which would be understandable - went there. You would have to be phenomenally open-minded to come to any other conclusion than...what a bunch of crazy extremists.
Again, it's ironic that people bash AJ all the time for being negative, scaremongering, sometimes for exaggerating, and so on...fair enough, I understand why. But look at what he has to say, and then look at what many threads on the DI forum have to say. If anyone was on his boards, or phoned up his show, and started putting forth some of the stuff I've seen on there, they would be kicked off immediately. Rightly so. Even if you defend the principle of free speech, which I do completely, you cannot afford to have yourself associated with people who think Hitler's shit smelt of roses, and will defend him to the hilt whatever happens, although they don't actually know any history, seemingly. They literally are delusional, scared people, because every time I've tried to simply bring up some basic material, like "do you agree with the Knight of the Long Knives where the Nazis murdered loads of their political opponents?", they haven't really been forthcoming with any answers. This is why if I had a personal website, I would never have a forum.
I can't remember if it was you who posted this, I think it might have been, but whoever did I think is entirely correct that Icke probably knows little about what is on there. He probably does get the odd report, where he's told "everything is fine, we've got loads of people contributing, there was a bit of a storm in a teacup about Nazis, so I had to ban some people, but the principle of freedom of speech and debate is being upheld". And he thinks nothing else of it, being far too busy doing other things. Now,
whether he should be aware is another question.
