Apppently in traditional/public forums (non-internet ones) free speech is allowed. We need to find what type of forum this is (we shouldnt have to do this REALLY, it's like having bloody "free speech zones"

) .
I'm all against hatred/bullying - Regarding the latter, when someone is bullied in school, that person bullied has always been treated by the teachers as though THEY are the ones who caused the problem (which is PARTIALLY true IMO), but SUDDENLY the PTB are turning that around so that "bullying", "racism", "hate crime", "anti-semite", has become something that can be attached to ANYONE who says ANYTHING that someone PERCEIVES as being abusive, even if the person supposedly being abused hasnt heard/seen the comment.
When words like "bullying" and "anti-semitism" and "hate crime" "racism" are used, those words are being used to to prevent "mitigation" in court IMO (eg someone may have acted in self defence against a violent attacker, but when they defended themselves they used a hate word, "and hate crime cannot be tolerated" etc).
Yes people "pick on people", people say that "jews/muslims/others are bad guys", people "physically attack others for their sexuality/colour" that much is certain, but EACH CASE MUST BE LOOKED AT IN DETAIL AND NOT PIGEON HOLED by giving it a label -
The label basically means that they are guilty if someone has decided to give a person that label.
"Why use many words when one will suffice"
Really, they should just call it a greivance, and then discuss the greivance in detail, and then make a judgement on it without using terms such as "hate crime". It's a mind trick.
