I also noticed this...
On their original Indigogo fundraising site, they list their sponsors who paid £1,000 up front in donations...

Many thanks to the following sponsors for supporting the work of The People’s Voice. Thank you to these for donating £1,000 each in order to get us up and running on our first Indiegogo campaign.

....plus 5 other 'banner' advertisers/sponsors.
www.thepeoplesvoice.tv...

On their current Indigogo fundraising site they have this on their front page...

Why don't we have advertisers sponsoring TPV now?

We've only been on air for 4 weeks and have put all our resources into making the content we promised we would delver. It takes time to build up momentum, gain a following and attract sponsors and advertisers. It costs a lot of money to run a 24/7 television station, even as humble as ours, so we need your support to keep us on air for these vital next few months. But thats not enough. The People's Voice must get louder. With your support we can expand our reach to a wider audience.

www.indiegogo.com...

So correct me if I'm wrong....all those sponsors paid £1,000 up front to be on a fundraising website called Indigogo to fund a TV channel that has only been on air for about a month to 6 weeks, only to find they are no longer sponsors on a new Indigogo fundraising site which basically null and voids the first Indigogo fund raising site. Doesn't seem like good value for money to me?

I'm aware of that, (they set it up as a PLC if I recall correctly).
I suppose I was addressing the question unmasked posed and you responded to.

ok..

Just to add
TPV was set up as a 'non profit org'..DI & Sean as directors..
In Oct it was changed to a PLC (For profit) with one director (Sean) and one major shareholder (Icke)
They were still touting it as a non profit org when it was a PLC.. Fraud in my book.
Moreover Icke would at some stage profit from his shareholdings, as would Sean..
Ick and co havent addressed these issues, nor will they going by past experiences.
TPV will eventually close and all monies - profit from equipment leftover will eventually go into Ickes pocket is my guess with not a word uttered.
We wait watch and see.
PS: Currently donators are donating to TPV - a private company..!

Icke has recently specified there are no shareholders - so if he is one, that wasn't misdirection, it was an out & out lie.

People talk a lot about the £300K - I'd like to know what the value of donations has been between the 2 Indiegogo campaigns, and why it wasn't disclosed on that scrap of lavatory paper described as their 'book-keeping', eventually presented after the Poulton incident. That amount might already have been creamed off as dividends. It might not have been, but there has to be a reason why it wasn't included in their forced pretence of transparency.

I believe there is some confusion here. TPV is not a PLC (Public Ltd Company). Public Limited companies are majority shareholder driven and the companies director has no say in who can purchase shares.

TPV is a Private Ltd Company. A standard Ltd company. Shares can still be bought and sold, but only at Daisy's discretion. They don't need to be traded at all. If they were a PLC you could purchase a share, rock up at the shareholders meeting and voice your concerns. You can't do that with a standard Ltd company.

There are no shareholders, because there are no shares, because they don't trade publicly. If they were, ironically they would be transparent as a PLC. The majority shareholder can view the companies books at any time.

No, a Private Ltd company can have named shareholders notified to the Inland Revenue.

I'm a Share holder of my husband's Ltd company, so that sums can be paid to me as dividends - the benefit of that being purely that I've got a lower income than him (well actually none at the minute) so am below the higher rate tax threshold, so that these payments are subject to a lower rate of income tax when paid to me than they would be if they were paid to him.

I think that return trip to Peru is looking more promising for Ickey boy!
I take it he's not going to Spain since extradition laws have been changed a bit?

Yes, I think so, and as we know - Sean is highly trustworthy and virtuous. ;)

I have to say, I'm surprised that more people haven't picked up here on that £10K donation scam that Hafrn posted in the Icke rumours thread.

That stinks to high heaven, and could do with some prodding at to get Ian kelly (not sure who he is) to bring it out into the open, as if it's right, it would 'open the eyes' of more of his adoring disciples as to his lack of honesty & scruples.

I couldn't find anything more on 'Ian Kelly' either Gilly and tbh there's always the possibility it's a fabrication.
We'll see.

Just a thought that has been bugging me incessantly about the 'figures'.
They wanted £100,000.00....so they had some sort of figures in their heads for initial set up costs. Then whoops a daisy...they got £300,000.00...."didn't we do well!" That's is x3 times more than what they were asking for. All that's gone in 6 months and now they are back asking for another £400.000.00 is it?

Pushing the envelope this time round?...... or as I strongly suspect....they got way more than the £300,000.00 that they are declaring when it's all added up......I would double it. This "didn't we all do well" is the emotional fraud and deception that is going on....basic psychology really. And don't forget he has sheeple world wide...they seem to be really emphasising British donations.....get what I'm getting at?....don't add the international donations to the figures. I've also seen somewhere that one of the mods I-Am Fucking Not..I think it was, going on about how Ickey boy has sorted his problem with drink. My experience of alcoholics...they always halve at least what they are actually drinking....same with the £300,000.00 statement...double it!

Please, if I have the numbers wrong, correct me, I still haven't woken up properly yet today.

I'm not seeing any Banned, Inactive, Senior etc statuses on current threads.
I did a search on my old nick there and that thread, (the Bern one :D ), still had all the 'banned', 'inactive', etc stuff going on.

Looks like they're trying to cover the extent of their latest purge.
