You’re saying I’ve got an axe to grind (you most certainly didn't think that cursory retort through) but as always, you HAVE to say something!
What you call “Perceived” reason - I call “legitimate” reasons that [let's not forget] a member attempted to discuss with admin but was told to ‘move on’!
The fact you allowed me to be stitched up by Zhiba should have been sufficient, but you're getting smug about it now.
The infraction notices by Zhiba in such quick succession showed that I was on the “He moves – Shoot him! - Any excuse will do list;” confirmed by such cavalier use of the infraction/points system to silence my opinion on The Peoples Voice, and the unwillingness to even discuss this supposed ‘team’ decision.
I held out to see if the infraction notices would be reversed before they expired. I was hopeful that integrity, honesty and conscience would prevail in at least one of you to question their validity; I was wrong.
It's now painstakingly clear that personal grudges and petty spites are condoned toward the members. Impartial moderating, yeah right!

I was a bit bemused really - as that shows not only my opinion but also my concern for TPV and fellow members expectations. I then back it up by stating why it would be ill advised because of OFCOM and that TPV have to comply.
Are you suggesting OFCOM don’t have an effect on TPV?
Are you also denying what Gareth said multiple times during the promo?
And believe it or not I actually have a right to my opinion.
OFCOM constraints were not part of the deal when the hat was being handed around, and again, I have every right to air that opinion. Even those that hadn't donated still had that right. I'm not judging – it isn't my place to suppress legitimate query solely on who donated, or to only leave sycophantic comments up. So what was the big deal?
Apart from it being an uncomfortable reality, no guidelines were broken and every part of it remained my opinion and/or verifiable truth.

I did the right thing, I didn't kick off on a thread, and I contacted Shanti to find out why my posts were being removed.
Contact Zhiba was the reply.
I contact Zhiba and he sends his offhand reply, talking all kinds of nonsense and threatening a spam notice! Erm, for what? I ask. In fact I ask him a few questions, none of which he answers; he can’t – He’s jumped the gun - messed up but can't admit it.
Of course, Zhiba is an advisor now; he can talk to you like shit and expect to get away with it. Conversely, you defend your position and you’re ‘attacking’!
What do I find in my in box? A Spam Notice for ‘Provocative Trolling’ and 5 points. Made ‘Private’ of course.
The problem is this is obviously dishonest, because I'm being spanked for posts that have been deleted (so not even showing) but also a spam notice that ONLY APPEARS AFTER giving Zhiba a few home truths. So really, I've got 5 (trumped up) points for questioning the deletion of two comments and answering back! Pure spite on Zhiba’s part.
Sheesh, he even removed himself from my friends list – what a childish thing to do eh?
Anyway, here's the killer:
Out of the blue, the first post [you know, the one that got deleted and I'd received 5 points for because it was so bad!] got RE-POSTED by Zhiba with some snotty little edit message! Wow!

That’s excessive to say the least, yet no one questioned it? Hmm. And he saw me correct greenfellow mighty quick too (not that he was watching - waiting to get his petty reprisal of course.)
I'm now in a position that I can't correct or converse with a member (greenfellow) about a post I made (but somebody else has messed with and edited the context), without more trumped up notices being issued.
I then PM Shanti and ask if these decisions can be discussed or are they a done deal. I'm told everyone is privy to the details and it's a done deal…. move on! (Bit cheeky being told to move on…. but meh!)
I know for a fact that even if everyone was privy (which they are not**); they would have little to no say I_am. You make the ultimate call on whom to screw over or give free rein to.

Well, I've just shown those fifteen points were erroneous. They were used to send a shot over the bow – a warning – tow the party line or else. But I’m sure you were already very aware of that.
