Oh good. You might not think it's funny, but I giggle when I think of it.
I can't remember what I was challenging her about for definite - might have been when I posted a query as to whether I should move a thread that was getting nasty to rant. She was there, but didn't respond, so after/ it had progressed further, I moved it to rant. After a bit, she logged off, & when she came back later, she criticised me for having ranted it.
Instead of the tugging my forelock & posting embarrassed face emoticons like Merlincove & Tusme always did, I said something like, "Pity you didn't say that when I asked for advice then", and that kind of insolence horrified her.
So we were having a bit of a do over it, and that tosser, Krakhead posted a picture of loads of handbags.
So, without any humour, she posted, "They're no good. They wouldn't do enough damage".
I posted, "I'll take the one that fits most bricks in it".
So she fooked off then in a fit of pique.
We all knew a visit from His Daisyness was imminent, and she always tried to give him the impression she was niceish when he was around.
So when I logged back in the next day, she'd changed her post above entirely and it was now a mega-long, self-pitying mewl, about how she worked so hard, and always did her best, and was so tired, and (not for the 1st time) I'd prevented her from being able to sleep, and she'd eaten sweeties when she was meant to be on a diet because of me etc. etc. etc.
I just posted, "Oh. You appear to have heavily edited your post, Alison, to make me appear a bitch".
So she had to go on the defensive about that how that had never been her intention (my arse!)
Well, I enjoyed it anyway.
