+1. TPV will only survive if all those who have contributed and willed it into existence really want it to. Right now it is struggling to hold on, and service is patchy and non-existent at times. Those who have invested heavily in it may be justified on one level in taking this as a personal affront, but if they were prepared to make such a huge leap of faith in the first place they should stick with it now. I've given you an example that has not been wiped by the admin on Facebook page. There is systematic abuse being carried out through text by people on there, this has been shown in one example.

Any further examples that can have legal implications, will be saved and used in any initiation of legal proceedings, Thus it would be unwise to release any documents due to this.

You are asking site volunteers - and posters - to provide proof held by those supplying news on the main site?

We are here to ensure the smooth running of this forum board, that guidelines are fully met and that people can have a platform to share information. We are not personal evidence gathering people, at the mercy of posters who have a problem with headlines or information come out from the separate entity that is TPV.

There is also a systematic process under-way off site, where volunteers and posters here are being attacked, verging very close too legal implications.

So due to what is possibly going to be a massive shock to another sites admin & staff legally, I have no time to hunt out documents for you...go search the link on facebook please and then come back and discuss openly.

The way I'm reading that though it's regarding something posted on FB so not sure how that becomes an issue for any other site rather than the individual that posted it.

Sean started the thread. He's the webmaster, and also posted the original headline. He is both TPV and DIF. And he won't answer questions. Simple, straightforward, logical questions that anyone with half a mind would also be coming to. For every one poster who asks those questions, there will be thousands of potential or existing donators thinking the same thing, or even reading along at that very forum.

Oh and scottishryan (nothing to do with TPV!) is stating their legal position and activities for them.

It's impossible to make this stuff up, astonishing.
