People are missing the point if they think it should have started small etc. TPV was established as a mainstream operation with OFCOM permission, media luvvies from the BBC and took over what was already a TV Studio.(French I think)
Icke misled people into donating by allowing them to think it would be literally the peoples voice with homemade videos and volunteer amateur presenters, when it was never ever going to be that.

You can't sue someone for libel unless you have extremely deep pockets. The only people who are ever successful are the wealthy, and if they ever sue you for libel you have to cave in immediately or go through a horrifying and endless process.

The lack of communication has been shocking - the whole set up has been shocking tbh - I can understand that they wanted to focus on getting the programmes out but tpv thus far has been excruciating.

When setting up any kind of company there is so much to do before hand it appears they have not done any of that and instead relied on goodwill and money from people who would patiently wait and donate whilst they got their shit together - total incompetence. Its like organising a birthday party, asking people to pay for it and then not sending out invitations or getting a cake.

Don't know if this has been mentioned, but when TPV goes under (which it will from no sponsors, no more donations and no virtue) what's going to happen to all the equipment they bought with donation money? - the studio gear, cameras, editing equipment, computers, office furniture, beer bongs, tongue depressants and such. Are they going to sell it off in a rummage sale and give the scrappings back to the donors in two-bitcoins? Or will they ebay the lot to pay for their next venture (alternative moose races)?
Maybe they'll have another charity drive to pay for the next forum-frenzied franchise: "DI's second-hand truth and bait shop".

I agree on the second point. I've certainly been puzzled about why certain people were chosen for certain roles within TPV.

It's certainly been confusing to understand the rationale behind most of their decisions.

So many poor decisions have been made, and it's certainly not what the people were promised when asked to send their precious money.

I wonder where this is all going? What's the end goal? I feel there's more to this than whats been outlined.

They just use legal posturing as a scare tactic, the fact they are announcing they are "consulting" with the police is a joke, the police do not "consult" unless you are the government or some huge corporation who has been caught doing something and they have to put a show on, then they just waffle on over a few weeks or months, which by then the general public have been tavi-shocked by something else. then nothing happens from the initial "consultation"....for anyone else it would be a crime number and statement taken....

For icke to say it means "We cant get anyone involved as it is a massive threat to us....but we will come out with some crap when we have you focused on some other tavistock psycho-drama, to say that we didnt really feel the police involvement was best, and want to put it all behind us and focus on the positives instead, anyone who doesn't is negative and trying to destroy us"

A narcissistic attempt to project power in order to seek compliance...it is also because they are doing so much they are worried about anyone finding out that they [especially the narcissists] fear being revealed so attempt to silence dissent in any form that would reveal what they are truly doing....and that is the biggest fear of all....

Even if they went as far as a cease and desist order, it would be a pantomime as team icke would be taken apart in court...and they know it and fear far greater exposure for what they are doing....orwellian icke keeps proving how little he walks his talk....going to court would cripple him......
