I've stepped away from these TPV shenanigans for about a month, can anyone give me a quick update? Last I remember, David had gone home sick and the indiegogo campaign was about to end with a small fraction of their goal fulfilled. It seems the station is shutting down? Is that the case, or is it more threats of shutting down if money is not forthcoming?

Edit: just had a look at the DIF TPV subforum, it seems pretty dead compared to what it was a month or two ago. Only the first two threads (stickies aside) have been posted in today, and you only need to look down about 7 threads to see latest posts from the end of February. Also, I noticed 3point5 was finally banned, anyone know if he made his way here?

TPV have really fucked it up for a real AM broadcaster (Internet or Broadcast medium) If this was done sincerely I cannot believe how irresponsible they have been in this travesty.

Not only that, they have royally messed it up for any subsequent venture. Generally, I'm not one for paranoid flights of fantasy, without evidence, but this really stinks of a deliberate attempt to squash the AM just when it is starting to become a viable other option to mainstream media.
Alex Jones, years ago, described Icke as the "Turd in the Punch Bowl" which many would agree refers to Icke discrediting the "Sound" ideas he presents by associating the "Insane" theories he expounds in almost the same breath or on the lines within his books.
OK, there is a certain irony in Jones' statement - as he does the same, to a certain extent by discrediting himself with his occasional, but outrageously bizarre verbal outbursts which prompt an immediate grab for the volume switch. Generally, Jones gives out prodigious amounts of verifiable information but his presentation skills and rudeness to callers or guest are cringeworthy and sometimes beg the question "Is this guy trying to self-destruct, discredit himself - and more importantly, the information"?
Anyhoo. TPV seems set to be a gonner. Is there an alternative waiting in the wings? Or do we, the producers and consumers of AM, need to get our heads together and produce something that wipes out the travesty of TPV - and the stigma of failure - and create something much needed and worthy of those who give a shit....about shit

They evidently think that Sky will come along and save the day by allowing them to become the next alternative channel on satellite. Following that great line of alternative media success stories that we've seen on there of course - you know, the ones that struggle to make ends meet even when the content consists almost entirely repeats of recorded material broadcast by a couple of blokes and their office cat from a garden shed in the Midlands.

I'm fed up with being remotely polite about this now. These TPV idiots have gone through a mountain of Joe Public's money in the space of only months, failed to produce the content that they promised, failed to be open about their finances, failed to secure an adequate income stream from advertising and generally failed to do anything except create a platform for David Icke's ever expanding ego, his family and a handful of hangers-on. They now try to convince us that winding down the programming and stopping any live content is not another failure but the first step towards a grand new beginning. Get stuffed TPV. What a total shower of shite.

I had not heard of TPV until i came on this forum but once i heard David Icke was involved alarm bells started ringing.
Never have i seen them advertised or promoted in any way, so how can they expect to be seen and heard.

Seems to me that if TPV continues & the 'negotiations' with the new service provider are succesfull, then TPV will be an entirely different beast to the one we were promised (not that we ever got that anyway).

If anyone falls for this yet again then they must be a blathering idiot. Who will give money to something as vague as this? So many questions? Unfortunately, there are still some guilible people still willing to donate even now if some of the comments of FB & YT are to be believed.
