In response to andy's great post above i'd like to point folk toward nassim haramein. Someone who is working on solutions. The kind of solutions that make tvp seem stone age.
Little wonder he is underfunded and ignored by almost all...
That looks really interesting, I will have a read of his site when I get chance.
My experience having written a few articles and gauged some of the reaction to them is that a lot of people do know what's going on, but of course they're an overwhelming minority. I believe that over time you will see a bigger and bigger demarcation between what I would call the consumerist majority, and those who realise that the way the world is run is fundamentally corrupt and corrosive and can't go on. And I think the latter group will get bigger. All that is really needed is for a big and united effort to galvanise all the people that realise how bad things are and demonstrate how things can be run differently. This is perfectly achievable, and as Andy says has been done elsewhere in a very practical fashion by Mondragon. But I think something even more idealistic than that could be achieved if there was a big will and effort to do so.
How many more sources of information are really needed? There's TPV, UK Column, Rich Planet, Infowars, Rense, these are just some of the ones that I can bring to mind, there are dozens more. RT is basically already doing what the TPV will doing, except that they don't have anything relevant to say about Russia, and very little about China, for obvious reasons. If you watch the Keiser and Abby Martin programmes on RT, I would be highly surprised if they can do anything better than that. And these programmes really address the important issues which affect people's lives; ie. banking, corporate and economic issues.
This should be the absolute central focus moving forwards. The only relevant thing to do at this point in time is to outline how the existing economic system is abusive, and directly address it. We know what the economic system is because it’s extensively outlined in Carroll Quigley’s book, who was an elite insider and CFR historian. People could laugh about that and call it a conspiracy theory a few decades ago; they can’t do that now because we’re living in it!
But yet I see people from all these sources of information discussing stuff that are symptoms of this system, not the cause. Common Purpose, chemtrails, HAARP, NSA spying, TSA and police abuse, etc, etc, I’m sure these are all important things, but they come about because of the socio-economic system that we’re living in. Sitting around discussing them for hours is really not worthwhile unless you’re addressing the root cause. And I see this happening less and less as time goes on. It’s really quite easy now to document the economic system, how it works, the elitist organisations that plan, organise and buttress it, what they ultimately want, and why this is bad for people. It’s not that hard to do, and this is what should be relentlessly documented, while also organising people that are already aware of this do something about it.
But apparently we need another source of information. I don’t really perceive that as being particularly helpful.
