My initial feelings were that of "not being surprised" considering the draconian policy the forum had seemed to adopt over the years against free speech. After all, criticism is not necessarily a bad thing. Pain, after all, is a wonderful thing that prevents further, potentially fatal injury. Criticism, constructive or otherwise is a good indicator that it might be time to take your hand out of the fire.

As a result of this PM I thought it might be a good thing to offer my services to help and support TPV in overcoming its recent shortcomings. That post remained up for 20 or so minutes - I don't know to be exact.
Whilst composing another post with criticism on the way things had been deteriorating - and offering a way forward to clear the decks (criticism - albeit constructive in nature)regarding the, publicly embarassing, recent spats between volunteers, staff and the faces at TPV - I tried to post and was locked out.
As of now I do not know if this was a complete ban or a temporary lockout.

Anyhow, the question on most peoples lips must be this: How the hell is TPV going to survive if it cannot take criticism, constructive or otherwise?
The Customer is King - and in this case the Funders (The People without a Voice - apparently) are KIng and they are being led a merry dance and any form of communication is being thwarted at every attempt.

Was later part of Infinite Love Forum at the same time, that Ant invited me to go.
And when IAAIA sent the PMs saying to join our Forum, we were ALL banned (although I wasn't even on line that day), later found out what they had done, this was in 2007.
As Lydia said at the time, "they probably wore robes for the occassion" ....

I stuck up for him in a polite reasonable manner and I just knew the morality of my defence of a fellow member was not listened to and that my card had been marked for an exit. Not only was I hurt for my friend being openly bullied but another thread I felt was important in helping addicts to resolve inner turmoil and stop destructive behaviours (Mr Sirius A stopped drinking for 15+ days because I was helping him) was moved to that little visted sub sub forum in the members lounge where nobody was likely to see it. Meanwhile spiteful nasty misogynistic threads were left in full view unchallenged. I just thought wtf am I doing here?

Add to that a long personal beef I have had with Icke and I just thought fuck it I'm off. Why should I need to worry about speaking my mind on a supposed truth site? Censor myself in case I'm banned? Hang on am I a kid or a grown up? And the more I mull over the stupidity of the situation the more indignant I get.
