To be fair though it does say "'possible' registration number".

Only on one of them, the other is the actual number, it says. But then possible registration number could be anything, surely that means it's made up.

In a possible winning lottery ticket kind of way, if I had a guess at your car registration number it's possible I could get it correct (assume you have a car), possible but very unlikely that it would be correct, but possible.

So if it's that kind of possible then it's made up, what else could they have meant, not probable no no no but possible?

tbh that makes it even more like bullshit.
This is where my bottom line would be if it existed.

Not all cars i.e foreign, old cars etc will necessarily show on the register.
Your vehicle may not have been registered before with DVLA if it’s:

a brand new
a kit car
imported
been rebuilt or radically altered
an old or classic vehicle
If you buy a brand new vehicle, the dealer will usually arrange for it to be registered. For all other cases, you’ll need to follow the process below.

It's meant to be a silver hatchback Peugeot with a 2002 number plate. according to the webpage supplied by musky it's UK registration.
There is an outside chance it could be brand new, but that means brand spanking new, and as you say the dealer would have sorted that.

I don't see that it would fit any of the other categories, being a hatchback Peugeot it's hardly going to be turned into something else radically.

So which of the categories that you listed are you proposing that it might be?

Nope that's just giving generic info based on the composition of the reg:

This registration was first registered during the period 1st of September 2002 to the 28th of February, 2003.

This registration was first registered in Cardiff, South Glamorgan.

Any '52' plate is one registered between Sep 02 & Feb 03.

The 'CG' is specific to vehicles first registered to dealers/owners in the Cardiff area.

www.newreg.co.uk/dvla-number-plate-identifiers/

If unsure, put your car reg into confused.com (or similar). Put your neighbour's car regs in. It will autofil the make & model.

Then try the 2 reg numbers in question here - nothing.

Does the DVLA database include cars that are no longer registered or have been scrapped?

Old? new? fake? unregistered? Who knows?

What haunts me is the amount of child abuse that's going on, and has been for a very long time.

It reminds of the saying that when good men do nothing, evil flourishes.

Going back to the thread topic, these are NSPCC Child abuse figures for between April 2012- March 2013.

I believe the figures are modest. What about those who don't report? One child is one to many. :(
Facts and figures about child abuse in the UK
Child abuse statistics for use by press and media

Police recorded over 23,000 sex offences against children aged under 18 years in England and Wales between April 2012 and March 2013.1
More than one in three children (34 per cent) who experienced contact sexual abuse by an adult did not tell anyone else about it.

Four out of five children (82.7 per cent) who experienced contact sexual abuse from a peer did not tell anyone else about it.2
In 2012/13, ChildLine counsellors dealt with 1.4 million contacts from children about various problems including, bullying, sexual abuse, violence and mental health issues.3
On average, every week in the UK at least one child is killed at the hands of another person.4
Children under one are more at risk of being killed at the hands of another person than any other age group in England and Wales.5
In 2012/13 NSPCC helpline advisors responded to nearly 51,000 contacts from adults concerned about a child. More than half of these were serious enough to warrant referral to local police or children's services for further investigation.6
Neglect is the most common reason for a child to be the subject of a child protection plan or on a child protection register in the UK.7
Neglect was a factor in 60 per cent of the 139 serious case reviews (where a child died or was seriously injured) published in England between 2009 and 2011.8
Between 2010/11 and 2011/12 nearly 26 million child abuse images were confiscated by the police.9
There are 29,837 offenders on the Sex Offenders Register for sexual offences against children.10
1 in 20 children in the UK have been sexually abused. 11
Police forces in England and Wales recorded over 28,000 cases of children running away from care in 2012.12

Yes, the one I have access to lists every car ever registered, and states if it's scrapped etc. These are not scrapped cars, they are imaginary cars.

Agreed, Focus :)

Which is why I feel it's important, as many others have stated on this thread, that disinfo is called out.

The issue here is a witness that nobody can verify has identified two cars that nobody can verify, as I said previously if somebody Identified a car that was involved in a crime and it came out to be 'unidentified' as per registration details, then perhaps so, but then if they identified a second car, owned by a second person, and that too was 'unidentified' as per registration details, how many times would this unknown person who claims to be mind controlled identify unregistered cars before everyone can agree it's a lie, tbh I'm there already.
This is where my bottom line would be if it existed.

I agree that disinfo ought to be called out. However, it can also be a hindrance if energy is spent solely on this, rather than the big picture.

On a side note, with the most respect, wouldn't it be better to start a new thread discussing the veracity of this Spivey article?

I think the thread derailment :jakd: has gone on for long enough.

I also think the topic is too essential to allow ourselves to get bogged down with this one article.

It seems the OP wanted to discuss Child abuse coverage on TPV, and I'm sure there is a lot more to be said about the topic. :)

TPV has been very well placed to cover this extensively, especially given Icke's lectures and DIF's coverage of this.

it's a red herring that they haven't done so.

I'm sorry for derailing the OP's thread :emb: and wish I hadn't posted the article. :jakd:

Maybe a whole new one should be started as per Ander's thead and leave this thread for queries??

This is a major part of the big picture.
If the evidence is unreliable you may send innocent people to jail and trash they and their families lives, leaving the guilty to continue their abuse.
That serves no-ones purposes but the guilty.

The pursuit of truth to ensure solid convictions should never be regarded as a hindrance.

I don't believe you did any derailing Babs.

Natural conversations are organic beasts.
SZ is littered with 'derails'. The discussion has always taken presidence over the filing

From what I gather, the conclusion regarding the OP is that TPV weren't adequately covering child abuse.
Not much more to say on that unless they change tack.

If a topic is not being discussed, it is not because of the presence of this thread, it is because of the lack of the thread dealing with that topic.
Open a new thread and remedy that.

Thanks Feather, I do have a tendency to go off track and yack a lot. :D

Oh I am no expert in these matters so I shall leave it to those who are. I haven't read the DIF Anders/Jimmy Savile thread for some time but there were some really dedicated researchers on there. I hope they start again as I learnt so much.
