I wonder if anyone else has looked at Jon Witterick's webpage there's templates available to use for letters and instructions on how to beat the debt system... and an attached forum.

www.getoutofdebtfree.org/
''This site has been set up to highlight the fraudulent nature of the Financial System and offer solutions to those who are experiencing financial hardship as a result of it

We aim to provide valuable resources and hope to offer a unique insight into dealing with debt, by acting honestly, lawfully and truthfully, which does not follow the advice of Debt Counsellors, Citizens Advice Bureaus or Financial Advisors.

Learn how the Banks and the Courts conspire to rob you of your money. Learn how debt collectors intimidate you and trick you into contracts and learn how to empower yourself by using some strategies and simple rules.

Based in the South of England, this site was originally put together by Jon Witterick in 2008, with help and encouragement from a multitude of friends and fellow researchers, all over the planet as well as a few off planet ;). It has now turned into a global community of like-minded souls, across seven countries, prepared to challenge the fraudulent system and support each other in the process.

The end result is pretty much the same if you just ignore debt. It ends up as a negative on your credit rating if you use these methods or just ignore it.
Obviously if bailiffs get involved then you need to know how to deal with them. But in my experience I've only ever had them round due to an unpaid parking ticket (& they got fucked off) but I've simply ignored loads of debt to financial institutions & nothing happens apart from endless letters & poor credit.
Do not try this with secured debt such as a mortgage though.

I should add that I don't endorse this & cannot guarantee any outcome, just my personal experience.

Did you seethe bit about parking metres... www.getoutofdebtfree.org/Parking-Notice

I think this webpage mainly deals with the debts that have been purchased by 'collectors'.
The banks won't bother arguing the toss, they'll just sell the debt.

Yes I agree with what you say about mortgages or secured debt, I think this webpage is more to do with 'borrowing cash'.

I'm not sure that it would cover secured debt on homes or cars etc....

But I guess you'd be able to use the temples to defeat the collectors if debt was owed after repossession of goods, providing that you know how to stay out of contract with the collectors.

But besides all that, it's possible to get a credit card, run up a huge bill, and then not have to pay......
Obviously your credit rating will go through the roof but it's possible to get all that debt credit shit off your back quite legally.
This is where my bottom line would be if it existed.

Credit Repair

The Easy Way

The first way, which is very simple and my personal favourite, which has worked well for me in the past, but it does take up to two years. Simply get a new bank account either a savings account or a 'basic' bank account. These accounts do not offer overdrafts, so are able to be opened with a poor credit rating. Keep a reasonable balance in the account and do not 'bounce' cheques or direct debits. Then after 6-12 months get a savings account with the same bank and keep as much as you can afford in there. Then apply for a credit card. If you get turned down for credit, send a letter to the lender, explaining why you are a better credit risk than your credit report indicates. But it is best to rebuild your credit before applying for credit again. Once you get one card and you pay the balance every month ON TIME, then that builds your credit score and you can then apply for more...... www.getoutofdebtfree.org/Credit-Repair

I don't know how true this is or even if it works, just something I heard about rebuilding your credit rating.....
open 3 accounts in different names & place a deposit in one, of say £300. Then automate the accounts so that the money constantly circles through the 3 of them. This creates the illusion that there is a reasonable amount of money consistently being paid into all the accounts which should result in a better credit rating.

I joined the forum about two years ago to read up all about it and get more info.
The pair that run the place are decent folk who do offer a lot of excellent info.
But the goodf side of it is a bit well meh.
As sb intimated, the system relies on folks both recognising it and fearing it. The choice is, do you recognise and fear it?
If you do then i spose goodf may be for you. Will no doubt take you a year or two of ping ponging letters and having your mind on it though...Seems easier just to flip the bird tbh :coffee:

Yes, I suppose it's just that some folk like to use the system against the system, and be prim and proper without being insulting, I do know what you mean about sticking up the finger/ignoring them, I think some people must feel crooked unless they present a legal case etc...

I can see how it could be quite stressful unless you know your rights, and are confident of winning, so I suppose goodf is a support for that lot.

I think he's trying to get folk to realise that it's not a bad thing to not pay up, when the system is stacked against them from the outset until the surface has been scratched and the underlayer is packaged into convenient templates etc...

It's what a freeman would be if you could buy it in a pack @ ASDA.

You're definitely right about people getting all moral about it BT.
At the end of the day if you're not gonna pay it just tell them to fuck off.... there's little to gain from fannying about with letters & courts & stuff just to try & make yourself feel better. It's just a waste of time. Not that I don't think goodf is a good resource, because it is. It's important that folk know their rights & what their options are. But essentially it's staying within the system if you're trying to use the system against itself.
There are (I know from endless arguments about this on DIF) a considerable amount of people who seriously frown upon this kind of activity - and to a degree there is some validity to their points that people have entered a contract and are then reneging on their side of the deal. & I think that's why some people are more concerned with trying to lawfully nullify the debts because they are concerned what other people think.
Fuck 'em & fuck debt!

SB, I guess when someone goes into debt via a bank loan, credit card etc.. then they have entered the system then, so it's no good entering the system and then pretending to not want anything to do with the system thereafter on the grounds, they want to ignore/be out of the system.

That to me sounds like they have still used and been in the system, and then they opt out when it's time to pay...

I'd say if someone is anti-banking system etc... wtf are they doing borrowing money in the first place, how many of these people are living in mortgaged houses and are making up crap to suit their online persona @ DIF.? ( I wonder).

You are not provided with enough information to make.an informed choice when you take out a loan.

The lender doesn't say, you have just issued me with a promissary note, which in a debt based currency, is currency. I am now going to give you the same amount back. Then i'm pretty likely to sell your promissary note for some quick sponds or treat ot as a reserve and use it to create more promissary notes...
You are then going to pay me back the money you created and give me interest on top.

If they did give info like that, i suggest few would take out loans.

So, given that i see no moral problem with anyone saying hey fuck you, i created these sponds and you aint having any more than what you can sell my promissary note for.

That's pretty much how I see it... there isn't full disclosure.
So I think that if you find yourself in debt to any of these twats & then realise the scam, goodf offers some recourse to deal with it in a more appropriate manner. But to do it repeatedly would be dishonest, because you are then aware that there is no full disclosure and technically you would be engaging in something you knew to be fraudulent.
I don't care about that tbh.... I'll take whatever I can & shark off! The whole system is based on fraud & lies & that sets the standard as far as I'm concerned.

So nobody who takes out a bank loan or uses a credit card understands the system until they don't want to pay their debt, they then understand the system and want out?

So they understand the system when its time to pay but not when it's time to borrow?

I'd say that's a ickle bit selective but what do I know, I guess people say hey ''I owe money, oh fuck the system'

And not ''hey I want to borrow money fuck the system'

There are thousand of people who take out loans who have no intension of paying when the time comes....
A lot of human beings are scum, though it pains me to say so...
They take out a loan that they know (if they take time to think/or they have thought about it) that they will never be able to pay it off, at the time...

They lie about other financial commitments at the loan time, otherwise they'd be declined on a 'cant pay it off basis'

And then its 'yeah man fuck the system fuck the banks''

Not always but we all know that a lot of that exists..
This is where my bottom line would be if it existed.

Done it - works perfectly.....started getting tens of credit card invitations. It's completely legal too. No fraud, just using their system against them. If I had been a money launderer or fraud I could have taken out 10's of thousands of credit and never repaid it.

I confess to not having read through much of that site, but what I never quite understand about those who come up with loopholes & weird by-law stuff to not pay debt - why not just go for insolvency?

I am a wholehearted fan of tax. And always believe in paying my debts and being financially responsible. However, many people have cottoned on to the massive fraud that has been committed against millions of honest, decent people.

The only way to kick back and draw attention to this is by a growing movement of non-compliance. People have been asking questions and there are no substantial replies from their governments. This is unacceptable and quite naturally people are testing the system (corrupt as it is)
No one is saying test or challenge the system if you don't understand it. Keep paying your bills, no judgement. But there are many who are at that stage of knowledge who feel confident to say "NO". They are prepared to go to jail or have their homes and posessions taken away in order to expose the system.

If somebody is in debt & then they find out about the scam..... was the point, and at which juncture a resource like goodf is useful for an inquisitive mind.
But further to that, I'm well aware of the scam, but I'll indulge in it as and when I choose & fuck them over like they try to fuck everybody else over. Except that they don't lose anything.... & I gain.

Excellent, that's potentially handy to know.
To clarify, I meant using 3 different people for the accounts - not to set up accounts under bogus names!
So it doesn't matter if all the accounts are in your own name then? Makes it easier! I just thought it was meant to make it look like you were getting paid a lot, & obviously paying yourself doesn't look quite the same.
