Here is why I chose the Name Black Cloud

Thank you BC and LP for two great performers. I am a huge Cash fan. I also loved the Adi Shakti. It is nice to hear some spiritual music from a source other than classical.

Shakti is a name very appropriate for the notion that I was trying to evoke on this thread.

So empowerment (Yes, we can) and change. Hmmm, Ever true that even the devil can quote scripture.

So onto my three reponses:
Firstly Cash reminding us that the cruel and poweerful do not have the impunity the pretend they do:


Secondly a spiritual song of peace to comfort children. Muslim and African this time, instead of Hindu and Indian


Thirdly a song from the Classical Tradition for motherhood

Mikey, the Adi Shakti Mantra music is by Maya Fiennes. She is a Kundalini Yoga instructor and she trained as a classical musician. I love her music. It's all Yoga orientated, lots of mantra's etc. That's the only one I could find on Youtube though.

been listen to johnny cash's hurt off n on lately, nirvana lake of fire, shinedown what a shame and from time to time on here whats being post... love the music thats been posted, gives me an elevator feel n reminds me of tell me what u see by moya brennan, loreena mckennitt lady of the lake and that stuff.
