Am i a body with a spirit or a spirit with a body. Whose in charge?
The body is the physical manifestation of the spirit, it's like a crust that has formed, so it's a home, when your spirit is out experiencing the 'universe' your body uses autopilot, when we concentrate on our breathing and focus, it brings the spirit back into the body.
Obviously there is a level of consciousness that operates bodily function, without this the body is dead, so even when someone is medically unconscious, they are actually still conscious at the lower level, as body temperature, breathing etc... is still being operated.
How I see the relationship between body and spirit, goes like this.
The spirit is tied to the body by the need to have a home, this means the spirit operates the bodies functions, so when a 'person' is wondering, the body is in a semi unconscious state, it's like the spirit drifts off, sometimes it realises so, and it realises that functions that require the body to operate at a higher level are required, it can be back in a flash.
The problem that I don't see any answer for is, how can an image be illuminated in the mind, everything inside of our skull bone is dark, no light enters.
So when we see/perceive an object, let's say a bird, the eye picks up photons of light, these photons are then brought to the front of the brain, they then get turned into electrical signals, they then get delivered to the back of the brain, where an image is conjured up, so how do we know what is illuminated in our brain is the same as what we think is 'out there'?
Nothing exists, it's not perceivable until it's been brain processed, every signal is sent to and processed by the brain, we then have to trust the brain.
So everything ever processed has been illuminated or considered by the brain, before it is realised, so everything is in the brain, there is no way to actually prove that everything, is being absorbed by the brain, or is it actually projected by the brain, (?) the brain only requires the correct stimulation and a sensation will be conjured to create an illusion, such as a bird, it's possible to expose the brain to the same electrical signals that conjured a bird image via the eye, to conjure a bird image simply by sending a signal. (I mean it's possible in theory just too complicated).
So when you 'see' a bird, the only proof you have that the bird is there, and not in your mind is to ask other people, but then they are in your mind too, and you in there's so if we then accept a level of 'connection' or telepathy as real, then of course there will be a shared agreement of the bird.
Finally. when you look around the room, the room you are now in, how can it not be in your mind, every single item that you can perceive in that room has been illuminated at the back of your dark brain, so are you in the room, or is the room in you?
When you look down at your body, you feel it, see it, smell it etc...
All in the brain, all brain functions, how do we know our minds are in our bodies and our bodies are not in out minds?
This could explain quite neatly how our minds and spirits can effect our bodies health.
Perhaps this is a bit far out
