Actually, when I have a look at the cards with reference to a focused question, the same cards do appear time and again however me being a tiny sample size doesn't support the theory that the non local mind will feel out the same cards or that they will appear in the correct order - why? The mind/subconscious isn't in suspended animation it's in constant flux of change, and this is getting to a core point with reading cards, it isn't fortune telling nor is the future set in stone but rather it is an energetic weather forecast of the possibilities and probabilities within and outside of you, freewill is always going to have the last word.
If anything I think the Tarot is excellent for looking at past events, as the saying goes, life is lived forward and understood backwards - it's a good tool for any Jungian, Campbell fans who like to get their teeth into the neuralverse.
