We've heard of meatloaf in our house - hubby makes a damn fine one! (Sadly, I couldn't cook if my life depended on it so he does most of it! )

The recipe involves pork mince, beef mince, an onion, an egg, breadcrumbs, a packet of stuffing mix, mixed herbs and tomato puree. I don't know how "authentic" it is but it's delicious!

On the subject of "devil food", my "hate list" would contain the following: liver, olives, Brussel's sprouts, cooked carrots, avocado pears and liquorice allsorts!

Food heaven includes: peanut butter, chocolate, my OH's curry, my Mum's coq au vin, cheese (although my digestive system can't handle too much dairy!) and buttered crumpets!
