Well, I just got back from taking the missus to the flicks to see prometheus to see what all the fuss is about and...well I should've known with it being ridley scott is was yet more of the aliens stuff :p

I think there's still some good stuff to be seen now and then with new releases.
It doesn't always have to be big budget etc. Art will never die...unless the state gets us all on soma :p

I didn't like Prometheus. I'm not a fan of certain darker types of movies though, still though I didn't think it was that good.

I haven't seen this movie yet. I admit that the movie trailer does look interesting. So, is this film "dark" as in H.R. Giger dark? Btw, totally unrelated but I love the movies by Jean-Pierre Jeunet.
