I don't get anxious but I do feel the same way about most conspiracy research being worthless.

You can look at this conspiracy stuff 24/7 for 10 years in a row and the final conclusion will always be this..

The conspiracy is that wealthy people stay rich for generations so their kids will have a high quality of life.

Naturally anyone without enough money to acquire a better quality of life will become sad about this type of info.

There was a point that I thought the poor would stand up to the wealthy ruling class.

But after the London Riots and OWS failures I dont think the west will get to that point.

My parents said the same thing about the 60's with JFK, MLK, war protest, woodstock ect.

I now believe the rich people have the poor people under total control.

People are still free to over-analyze these conspiracy theories all they want.

My main reason for frequenting SZ is the lovely people here, but I can't say that I'm a truther these days. I am thinking of attending a lawful rebellion event at some point in the future though.

As for waking other people up and making them aware of things, I don't feel as though it's my job, plus I'm pretty much a hermit these days :chuckle:

Does anyone else feel like this?

For me some topics are very interesting to stay informed about and some are boring as hell,I avoid religious discussions and politics because all the arguing in the world no one knows whats right or not in my opinion.
Earth changes, earthquakes, weather, and niburu type information is what I like to know about, but most of the more legislative or political topics, are really boring to me.

I don't think it's healthy for a sensitive person to get a constant bombardment of conspiracy theories,or other forum peoples input on what the NWO has planed for mankind or how TPTB may be plotting some skullduggery.

Real American, I couldn't agree more.

I dont think it's healthy for people either Rick.

The London Olympics are looming. I'm not expecting anything exciting like a false flag terror attack, but I'm not going anywhere near London either.

Yea the bad thing about being a truther is you realize how the system is designed for wealthy people to stay rich for generations so their kids will have a high quality of life. Yet the poor will suffer, do hard labor labor for almost nothing and children of the 3rd world will starve to death every single day.

But the good thing about being a truther is we become more aware of the world in a conscious sense.

Whether that is a good trade off or not is certainly up for debate these days :gleek:

My Great Grandmother was disowned by her whole family for falling in love with a man who was deemed to be beneath her. It wasn't about class...both families were upper class....it was about money.

When she was finding life hard, she rang her mothers door bell and was told to go to the servants entrance. she was told " you made your bed ..now go and never return.".....Whenever I think about this, it really upsets me. What kind of monsters would put money before the welfare of their own child. She had four children to feed.... one of them being my Grandmother.

I'm sure that not everyone with money would behave like this, but it shows how the wealthy like to keep the money from those that they see as undeserving.

Just curious b/c a girl I know from college had sex with him while a group of us were on spring break in Miami.

His name is tyson....lol, I just find it funny to see him in your avatar.

Funny enough, folks have to learn the truth about things, a truth that differs from something they've "always known", before they can change their mindest to see the world as it really is. People are only really starting to understand how far the rich will go to maintain their superiority, their hold.... for instance.

I would love to know the "real truth" about who we are, and why we are here, who begat us... etc. I'd also like to know if the bastards do have anything planned for the Olympics.... the truth is essential. So is considering all the possibilities to come to a definitive answer. Closing your mind to, or around a thought is not a good thing, whether it makes you "anxious" or not.

When the conspiracy world starts to help the everyday common populace realize this is when the world will change for the better.

To much conspiratainment and fantasy theory out there distracting people

I think most truthers don't really understand this yet.

You can't simply lump all of the varied topics covered into one big pot of conspiracy theories.

Just one example: The exposure of the medical mafia has been going on for decades. Countless lives have been saved because of a few brave individuals who have risked their careers and even their lives to bring to light the false claims, harmful effects and scams. A process which is today more necessary than ever before and hopefully will continue.

Nice to meet you :)

What you say is true and the injustice of it makes my blood boil

Watching the news and reading the papers is like having your nose rubbed in it every single day. Only there's nothing you can directly do about it.

There's also the fact that conspiratainment is pretty much the same as watching crap like X Factor. Take it for what it is, if you want some entertainment fine, but just remember it's just that. Also people are cashing it in, apparently money is just an illusion... blah...They seem to have alot of this illusory 'stuff' (won't mention names here).

Then there's the people who set up websites telling people to just drink vegetable juice (or some expensive supplement etc) and it will cure all their ills, make them live to 100 and turn them into Superman/woman. They are also cashing in on people's fears, no better than big pharma imo

It's all so futile :dunno:

I don't trust anything in the MSM, but I don't trust people in the alternative scene either, because many of them are still flakey bastards.

Lesley: Anyone who isn't shocked by what they discover on this path is lacking in the heart and empathy departments. Your number one priority has to be to look after your own mental, physical (and spiritual) well-being.

I asume that most people here have had moments where they need to take a break or switch focus, either temporarily or permanently. Each one of us has something unique to offer, and we should respect each other's decisions. I find that nature is the best healer and getting out into nature is highly recommended. If certain subjects are dragging you down then step around them. You might or might not come back to them at a later date. That's your decision.

I can respect people's decisions to avoid certain issues or to step out of the truth seeking path altogether. What I do not respect are those who trun their own personal rejection of certain issues or the whole area of conspiracy theories (whatever that is supposed to mean) and then spend their time undermining the efforts of others. There are some people who should consider whether their personal negativity is having a destructive influence on others and whether they shouldn't simply go off and lead their own lives.

I'd also warn anyone against setting limitations at any time to what is or is not possible. Those who say with supposed 100% conviction that the limits of conspiracy are such and such, are often guilty of pushing an aggessive and blinkered orthodoxy that has no place in genuine and sincere truth seeking.

I believe, for example, that the truth of our existence goes way beyond the material world, but I will respect the opinions of those who disagree or interpret the non material aspects in a different way. I can learn from their opinions. I'm not, however, prepared to tolerate bigots or bullies of any form, even those who are perhaps right in some or even many aspects. With mutual respect and support we can all benefit and hopefully we'll all be blessed with plenty of time to live, learn and grow closer to the truth, whether or not we are consciously searching for it. Sometimes you have to give up to move forward. If you're on the path with a sincere heart you will find your way through the labyrinth. Good luck.

Two years ago I was in a point where I felt like I'm loosing my sanity... I was digging into all conspiracy stuff as much as I could and it seemed to get me into limbo of unreal mental pain and fear about all this shit that is our world... Everything 'out there' seemed to be superficial, makebelieve, plastic and garbage to bind us down, to keep us in leash.

At the moment I really don't care any more about what conspiracies some researchers come up with. I don't read papers, I don't watch news or TV, I concentrate on my life and my friends, both IRL and here in cyberspace, because that's all that really matters. If shit hits the fan somehow, well, I think it's just trying to cope with the situation then, or die trying. Before that, it's all in the days work, digging up conspiracy garbageheap will not change or affect my daily life, my mind, yes. So I tend to stay away from too much 'truther' stuff. ;)

Ditto Hex.

I'd never in my life been brought so low before. The whole thing was structured to make me "believe" that at 53 years of age (I first started reading the stuff about 3 years ago) and having really lived every day of that (and learned a lot!!!) I actually knew nothing and was merely a sleeping sheep - unless I thought their way....

If I'd been any weaker at my core, or somehow vulnerable, I think the despair some of it threw me into might have broken me.

It's often deadly stuff. And it is fantasy. The "Rich" are only rich because we let them be. So, either we're too fekkin lazy to do anything about it.... or maybe we just enjoy The Dark Adventure?

I don't think we're lazy and most of us don't enjoy the dark adventure as you put it, but some of us have got further than the vast majority of our peers by waking up to the fact the world is not we were told it was, although there were plenty of clues in religious and mythical texts, but generally we weren't expected to take them seriously and/or they were intentionally misrepresented by various priesthoods, by which I include scientific and political as well as religious.

We have a lot we can be proud of and I'm disappointed by how negative / defeatist some of the comments are on this thread. I appreciate that there can be too much information sometimes, and that we can be physically and mentally drained, but I always felt that we have to show the Frodo spirit and keep on even when all hope seems to have disappeared.

@cantata & Hex

I agree with both of you. The spiritual stuff is rather nice, Although I still can't reconcile some of that LOA stuff about people making their own reality and if bad things happen to them, that is somehow their fault :conf:

It was a shock suddenly learning that the government don't have our interests at heart, the pharmaceutical industry don't have high ideals about healing humanity. Also that there are a super rich and powerful elite who think of us a cattle and despise us.

Now I know this and other stuff I don't feel as though I need to keep digging. Tbh I find I have enough to deal with just getting by. I try to be a good person, a good mum, a good friend, a good partner, good daughter, look after my health, earn a living and that takes up most of my energy and time.

Tbh thinking alot about the truther stuff does make me worried, because I don't know what I can do about it.

@Anthony65

Thanks for that insightful post. You've just inspired me to drag my son out for a walk :)

Negative? defeatist? That's not me. I'm sorry if I made my post look like that... I find it very important, the dark night of the soul, which one goes through by diggi
ng into conspiracystuff. It is important, but my own and my loved ones well being is more important than any truth out there...

What I've learned is that I know nothing, information is always a shade of grey, our society is fucked up big time, well that's about it. Everything else is more or less irrelevant. But researching and reading further at this time will just hurt me.

I know what you mean Hex, and I don't really think of it as being negative or defeatist either.

It got to a point where I began to wonder about how investigating and then worrying about this stuff was actually helping me, the way I care for myself and the people around me. After some reflection the answer was that generally it wasn't helping, in fact, it was doing the opposite.

I do still enjoy reading about certain things and will still get curious and read up on stuff from time to time, but generally, these days I think I'm just here for the experience. I don't want that experience to be one of fear.

i go through stages of thinking 'it's all true, no it's all shite' it's all true, no it's all shite, no it's all true'

There are certain things I 'believe in' but I don['t buy into any of the big conspiracy guru's ....most of them are in it for the money, and sadly assist in the fearmongering
