At one time (I'm thinking of maybe 20 years ago) you were just liable to a £5 fine if you neglected to inform DVLA of a change of address within a certain length of time.


When I renewed my policy {been with the same insurance 5 yrs} had no problems what so ever. All this has come with a change of address.
