It is all very well and good wishing for him to 'moderate himself', but I think you'll be waiting a long time for that to happen.

Moderate myself? To who ideals should I moderate myself? Maybe you should moderate yourself :umm:
You stop talking about Israel etc and I'll stop talking about Islam. Deal :umm:

To answer the question in the title, it's cultural rather than religious, as these killings are common in certain parts of the world (i.e. the Middle East and the Indian sub-continent) regardless of the religion (if any) of the participants. It happens among Muslims, Hindus and Sikhs, and has even been known to happen among Jews and Christians in those parts of the world.

It's a barbaric hangover from the past that should not be tolerated at all. I think it's wrong of the UK authorities to recognise the terminology, as that lends it a credibility that it does not deserve. It is murder, pure and simple, and there is nothing remotely 'honourable' about it.

Jewish honor killings ? Im from a jewish house hold and ive never heard of jewish honor killings :umm:

There was a Jewish father in Yemen who killed his daughter after being told off by his rabbi for her extra-marital pregnancy. That is the only example I can think of at the moment. My point was simply that these murders are a 'custom' in certain parts of the world, regardless of religion. It's more of a cultural problem than a religious one (religion is part of culture itself, of course, but I'm sure you know what I mean).

Nope thats not the case. Sharia/Islam can be discussed here as can any other relevant subject (within reason).

I think what people are saying is that it seems to be pretty much all you post about, which understandably reminds them of the unpleasantness they experienced elsewhere.

For the record, I’m not a fan of sharia or aggressive Islam myself…just don’t feel the need to keep saying so.

Seriously, stop fisting yourself with that pineapple.
You'd be more believable if you had a fixation with all religion instead of just one.

Girls getting executed in the middle of the street to cheering crowds is certainly a more important world issue then the Nazi's & Jews.

Its been happening for a long time, its nothing new.
TBH its the big picture that matters and how a few control the many and the many are mostly weak willed and easily overcome by stuff like religion and politics.
I would rather focus on ALL control aspects than any one specific religion, nation state or right/left authoritarian stuff.
Its all the same from my POV.

I don't agree at all...

The control aspects are hardly a problem because the majority of people in the west don't seem to care.

These Honor killings are a big problem because Americans want to join the army and bomb the middle east.

The obsession with the Jews & Nazis and Icke is really old and outdated yet people jump forums and won't let go.

How can we focus on control aspects when there is a 40 page thread about WW2 issues...wtf is going on here?

Yet Honor killings are still going on and currently the biggest problem in today's world.

Are you serious Andy?

They're not the biggest problem in the world.
Clean water and sanitation is for the vast majority. Honour killings are a tiny % compared to that.
And again that boils down to money...AGAIN.
Come on ffs..

Girls getting killed in the street or anywhere else is obviously something terrible. Same with boys, grannies in their homes, etc etc.
It's a disgrace that this stuff goes on.

But I would contend, having done a fair bit of digging, that the issues that we could loosely (and erroneously) say involve the Nazi's & Jews are indeed more important on the world stage. An individual murder, as terrible as it is, is a localised atrocity.
The level of control over events exerted by the people behind all this Nazi/Jew/Commie/Corporofascist stuff however is a global atrocity that is responsible for millions and millions of localised atrocities. And to anyone that thinks I am talking about Zionists, I'm not. Zionism imho is a smokescreen.

Round the world sharia law is having a very negative impact on a lot of gay people and women. While sharia law is not the only evil belief system .Zionism is also having a very negative impact aswel as corporofascist/commie/nazi regimes. A vid for you to watch dubs :umm:

All this talk about Sharia law is BS wait till the corporation get a strong foothold in the Mussie countries, they dont give a fuck what go's on as long as they make money and you can kiss sharia law good bye cause it's going to be the law of money and commerce.

If people starting killing off to many of the cash cows, commonly called human beings, then something will be done about it until then it's business as usual.

Did you know that we were once called " Expendable Containers " is corporate lingo, they got a ribbing about that and so changed it to " Human Resources ".
