We are not able to fully understand or comprehend reality, if you think you are aware your wrong,that's why mind expanding drugs are called getting high,a higher plain of awareness in other words,and when people freak out,a lot of times this intense awareness of themselves they get exposed to is what freaks them out.

We may think were in a self contented shell and may feel secure,but actually we are on a very thin line of mental stability that can easily be changed. imo

I'm not talking about the drugs that effect you physically I mean the ones that intensify your awareness of things.

Someone who may be classified as having a mental problem,could actually be more aware of this fragile state of our mind and their paranoia is increased,and being more in the mental,than in a world of the physical which keeps them calm.
