Serious question though - is there a particular reason it couldn't have stayed in 'general'?

well we figure todays news and general is for issues and news etc that affect us, the more serious stuff.

we decided to move lounge up high in the pecking order compared to the other forums, our old one and DIF, because we still want member stuff and interaction to be a priority here :)

and see some fun threads up here near the top where almost anything goes...in the lounge, while leaving general and todays news for the other issues we face.

as you can see it is near the top as a standalone forum and we all hope it is a busy section, not hidden away down lower as a subforum.

I hope you are satisfied with that explanation, if not let me know :coolio:

Ok mate we had a chat in Admin about some of the forum definitions.

Seems our ideas of what 'General' should be, in our heads, werent so clearly defined for everyone else, i see that in hindsight. My apologies.

and since i cant expect people to be mindreaders :larf: we came up with some clearer definitions for the forums.

No problem and thanks for explanation. I can see your thinking now.

Just had a bit of a 'dark place' flashback for a minute, is all.

Plus, that psketti has it in for me because I've refused to sleep with her on a couple of occassions...you know how these things get.

I've just arrived too. *phew* I couldn't get past that bot-check thingy... I kept typing in "17 plus 15 equals"... I mean, you usually just have to copy-type the info in, don't you? I didn't know it was going to be a fekkin maths test (I don't doooo maths).

Anyway, I'm here now. The furniture van will be along any minute with all my stuff.

:D

That's so we can out-fox those naughty 'dark place' stooges. I hear maths isn't their strong point.
