That's what I like to hear.

The stress of flogging the family abode has been immense - sold: buyer changed mind; sold; Buyer found something they liked more; sold; buyer couldn't raise mortgage; etc etc etc etc till I was cracking up with the strain!!!

But got there in the end, and moved last October to my own humble abode, which I'm loving, finally. Both the kids are with me. Sarah took a year out after her degree, and is now going to start at Manchester Uni in September to do her PGC (teaching cert) and Alex requires a crow-bar to prise him out of his pit, where he spends many long hours playing his computer games whilst talking on the headphones to his mates.

I'm just sorting my little back yard out with strawberries, flowers and herbs. Not everyone's idea of an exciting existence, but things are blissfully peaceful right now, which I am enjoying a lot. :)

That all sounds great! A lot of hassle getting there but now you're free and in your new life :) Bloody marvellous!

No, I left the park last summer, went to work somewhere else for a bit and then opted to go back self employed. Been doing that since autmn and it's going pretty well :)

He sounds like me at that age. Except that we didn't have headphones when I was a kid, they hadn't been invented, we had to play in the same room and have human contact. It was a terrible time.
