I actually must have 34 then because as the large majority of the human population has 5 lumbar (lower vertebrae), I actually have 6. I learned this when I went to the chiropractor and I had an x-ray of my spine. He said I was a "special lady" because I had 6 lumbar. I am not the only one like this, but it is pretty rare. I also learned after this that early hominids had this many lumbar.

As far as the back is concerned tho it doesn't make that much of a difference physical wise, or cause any problems.

Thanks ........ I would say 1111 is positive too, thats an interesting story about you having 34 vertebrae I didn't realize some people had more than 33....... thanks for sharing your story with us "special lady"
