I would like to hear what you have been into in regard to the gaming world, and what type system you played on, PC or console, even if you play some type of board game with friends or alone this would be of interest.

My gaming life started with a game called Descent, then went to quake, quake2 and quake arena, also Unreal Tournament in the online gaming world.
Those the only ones I played with a organized group,

The game I got into most alone was Diablo 2 and the Elder Scrolls

Have any of you been playing anything lately, I'm thinking about getting a couple of old school games which I never played and checking them out, if any of you have a opinion on Half Life 2 I would enjoy hearing it.

Half-Life 2 is a very good game. Brilliant piece of entertainment. I played it on the Xbox, and thoroughly enjoyed it from start to finish.

No idea about the servers for Half-Life 2 Rick. I played it on the Xbox, and wasn't online with that machine.
It's an excellent single player experience anyway, imo.
