Could well be real.
Eagles can lift many times their own body weight and carry it over long distances.
It's not that unusual for an eagles to scoop up a lamb for instance.

Try freeze-framing through that sequence and tbh I don't see anything which looks faked, from changes in the eagle's approach and posture to shadows, all seem to fit.

The guy holding the camera does a pretty perfect job of tracking the eagle and keeping it in frame though.
Not sure.
Like you say feather a eagle can scoop up many times it's own body weight.

I have seen owl's attempt a grab and do carry off's with kittens and rabbits, the video with the eagle is very possible and most likely real, but very unusual in regard to trying to tote off a small human

I knew it was fake. The Eagle's arc, the way the camera followed it and all that, too deliberate.

Golden eagles can only take prey on the dive, it would never lift a human baby three times its own weight, female bird that is.

We have a story in L.A. dating back at least a few decades or even centuries about a rock called Eagle Rock where a child was supposedly kidnapped by an eagle.

I saw this a month back and thought it was real, but wrong again...
