Oooo, how I HATE christmas! I left christianity at the age of 13 and still I have the debaucle pushed on me year after year. Yesterday and again today, ADSA was so stuffed full of twits spending like mad in preparation for ONE (supposedly religious) day that getting parking in their massive car park took over twenty minutes. I then spent nearly half an hour behind one family with three of the big trollies piled with ridiculous amounts of food... no wonder the three of them must weigh over 60+ stone together.

It's nobbut a jaw-dropping spectacle of greed and utter debauchery.

And that Father Fekkin Christmas has a lot more than chalking on public property to answer for! Busterd - it's him who's meant to be bringing all the presents in return for "goodness". Greedy, lying, lousy layabout peeg.

I hope they send him to the electric chair.

I keep thinking I've finished shopping for presents, then some oaf at school unexpectedly buys my lad something, and a cousin who'd normally spit in my eye as soon as look at me sends gifts for the kids out of the blue!

So, off into the breach once again I had to go today, in the pouring rain. And the number of mothers who were loudly singing "Santa Clause is Coming to Town" as they dragged their sprogs around was really annoying. It was also disturbing, as they were at different locations - not together - and there was no music in earshot. Why were they all singing that particular line of that particular song? It made me feel a bit scared.

Asda 2 days in a row, at this time of year? You're crazy, but I knew that anyway.
The supermarket scrum leading up to xmas has always amazed me, they put preppers to shame.

So, how are you all spending xmas?

It's bad enough having to walk around tesco at any time of the year, but this year is extra worse, with crap Christmas tunes blasting, and the checkout girls wearing reindeer antlers with tinsel on them.

I don't know the situation but in my opinion he had to have really done something out of line, or he pushed the situation somehow, they probably also in my opinion begged him to just leave.
Before it escalated

I'm spending Chrimbo in my house, like every year.
My sis is coming to make the dinner, like every year.
Vast quantaties of chocolate will be eaten, like every year.

I will be on my own....all day...avoiding it like the plague....I will be going for a good long walk in the woods.

Just the 4 of us for Christmas dinner. My mum invites herself to mine or my sister's depending on who's most in favour at the time She's invited herself here for a few days between Christmas & new year though so that we don't have to eat the ham or beef unassisted.

Then we're off to my sisters in the afternoon & she normally does a buffet.

We need to go and visit the in-laws up in Geordie land at some point.
