Two Dutch guys experience simulated labour pains.

When do they get to push something the equivalent of a turkey through the nostril, and have the unanaesthetised episiotomy (which rips during the next birth)?

Also the nausea - when are they having that? And strangers wandering into the room while their lower half's on display & feet up in stirrups? And nipples aflame - when's that little treat coming? And getting up every 2 hours for months from birth onwards.

And 2 hours - phfft!! Nothing!

I suspect the Geneva Convention put an end to all that messing around and malarky. (for us guys anyhow. Baby steps girls, baby steps. Keep your eye on that equality prize)

Fair play to those two.

I was at the birth of both my kids.
You'd think you'd handle it better the second time around but nope. That sensation of having your hand gripped and turned in a lathe coupled with being the focus for abuse that would make Beelzebub blush is just as vivid the 2nd time around.

What a couple of moments though!

Then the kids learned to talk and it was rapid downhill ever since.

Did you try to be helpful, by telling her to breathe? And if so, did you get told at great volume that she's been f*+£ing breathing all her f*&%^ing life, and didn't f&$)ing need some dozy jackass telling her to f&£(ing breathe now? Breathe your f*"*ing self, fool! We had that conversation.

I assume that is something they teach you all at pre-natal classes then.

Although, my ex is/was a redhead so there's some genetic predisposition to profanity and violent threats in the mix as well.

I believe she may amateurishly try to cover this with chimney soot but somehow ya still know it's lurking there.
