What is the history of SZ, am I right in thinking the original founders have left?
There seems to be a bit of ongoing bad blood, does this have it's roots on the DIF, or the early days of SZ?

Just 1 of the original founders has left, frog.

Theres no bad blood that has roots on DIF as far as I know.

do you think it went off course, or changed at some point?
how or why?
is that why you started the TZ?

I think you already know the answers to those questions.

& if you don't, they are right here to be read.

When invites were given to the 1st SZ, we were told it was going to be a community led forum...completely different than DIF....It was and people were happy. Fast foward to this SZ and what did people find on logging in for the 1st time?...Mods.

It didn't matter that the mods were nice people and would only be moving things around etc... everything had changed. People were not happy about it and let it be known...Mods were not part of the deal!.....From then until now, most of the arguments have been about having mods, not having mods and how the forum is run in general.

Personally, I think there should have been mods from the start....then no one would have been in any doubt about how this forum was going to be run and a lot lost members would still be here.

i had an invite to the first SZ, I went there a year or so after leaving DIF and it was shut, so came here, thanks I never knew about that.

Where do you think former members have gone?
Back to the Icke forum?

I was wondering is this inevitable with subject matter that leads nowhere, that forums based on the subject matter tend to lead nowhere?

When I was invited to SZ no mention was made of any format or intentions.
It was basically just another forum that wasn't DIF. That sold me.

The mod thing did appear to be a huge issue a while back but I thought that had been pretty much resolved of late.

It's a small group. perspective is everything, minor beefs look massive here.

I think most have gone back to DIF...some pop back every now and again and say they've been busy...but not too busy for DIF...I have a look every now and again and most are there.

What could have been so simple has turned into a bit of a nightmare. The lack of member presence proves it. It was wrong from the beginning.

The 1st SZ was all about format and intentions.
The mod thing was a big deal from day one of this forum. Yes, it would appear to be sorted for a while, but always reared it's head again and again.
The mod issue may be resolved now, but then there's hardly any members posting on the forum...most of the people posting are mods.

I'm not trying to put the forum down...just saying how I see things here. Yes, minor issues seem massive here.
