Cunt is a old school word ,many of the thug wannabees used this word to describe a particular girl, usually in the context of nasty cunt, or vicious cunt.

I haven't heard it being used to describe a male here, it must be a word used in particular regions.

For a male *douche bag* is used a lot , but in my area we are very backwards and people still just call a asshole a asshole, and woman for the most part when described derogatorily are called bitches

I never call a woman a bitch in public or private, I try to set myself above that, to be honest
