THE teenager will be reported to the children's reporter following the incident in the capital on Monday evening.
A TEENAGER has been charged with wilful fire-raising after two police cars were allegedly set alight.
Both cars were completely destroyed as a result of the fires, which happened in Niddrie House Park in Edinburgh on Monday evening.
The 14-year-old boy will now be reported to the children's reporter.
The article should have ended there imo.
But what's all this corporate speak, fill the dead air, yada about? >>>
A police spokesperson said: "Police Scotland are committed to protecting the public, tackling anti-social behaviour and keeping people safe.
"As such local officers continue to provide high-visibility police patrols in the area to engage with the community and offer reassurance.
"Anyone with information relating to this inquiry is asked to contact police immediately."
Is all that pish up there not just the simple basics of their job description.?
Oh and how reassured would you be when the employees charged with protecting the public have to call the police because their cars just got torched?
LoL should have taken the cop car for a Joy ride......
I was thinking of doing that the other Day actually

.Seeing a cop car, I thought it would be cool to take it for a spin, where in its new tyres maybe up the back of the plantation but alas , I didn't
Hitting a Cop with my Car does that Count...
