The question I have for you and with a open mind too all possibilities where did she first understand the concept of killing? in your opinion


She apparently did well and moved on and she is in her thirties now somewhere if still alive.

I would especially like to hear from Gilly and Psketti on how they would handle a child like this

I watched a bit of it when someone else posted it here, and it's heart-breaking & disturbing.

I'm pretty sure I'd have to rely on experts' help. The family who adopted her (& her brother, I think) did so because they wanted a child to cherish, so it's not as though just bombarding hem with love is enough to undo the horrific damage.

Sorry rick, I won't watch it. There are certain things I prefer to avoid.

Sadly i couldn't watch more than 10 minutes of this but i'm sure this happens to thousands of kids.

It's no wonder why the jails are full and mental health facilities are always at capacity.

There is no reason to abuse people especially kids but i guess some people are mentally sick and that's the way it is.

Its really impossible not to be an atheist because if there was an all loving god things like this would never happen.

That is unless you believe Earth is hell and that's impossible to believe also because some people have such great lives.

So yea, getting back to parenting and these vicious cycles which become evident when you watch a video like this.

People always think i'm generalizing about stuff and i use rare examples but i always use statistics for things like this.

This type of abuse happens to thousands of kids and statistics show the cycle of abuse often repeats itself.

The same way the statistics show how a kid coming from a military family is prone to join the Army and kill people.

The same way the statistics show how a kid coming from a hippie family is prone to smoke weed and be anti-war.

The same way the statistics show how kids without a father figure in the ghetto are prone to gang banging.

I could go on like this forever and keep proving my point but i won't because it's fucking depressing.

So i'm going to a museum today then for a nature trail walk and will be back to respond to this later.

But for those who accused me of coming to this forum and using racial generalizations it was just statistics.

I think 'bad parenting' in this case is a masterpiece of understatement.
