I have some friends who are sports bookies who make money but it's up's and downs.

Some people bet sports just to make watching the games on TV more entertaining.

I have been to Las Vegas a few times and also Atlantic City but it was just to have fun and go to the pools in the day and clubs at night.

I don't gamble, it's just another addiction...

To add to this i have seen friends that are sports bookies have nice homes and fancy cars without having full time jobs.

But i have also seen people have to leave town when they can't pay their debts.

Like i said Gambling is for people with alot of extra money...

Gambling is a mugs sport for stupid people, like a tax on the stupid.......we don't have bookies here as such, we have the T A B, licenced premises for horse betting ,

Horses,Dog racing, etc are all rigged, the only cunts who make money are the horse/Greyhound owners, every other cunts are suckers pure and simple, and don't let me get started on Casino's :coffee:

It definitely is a mugs game, and I know from first hand experience :thumbup:
But now I have come to believe that the whole world is an enigma,
a harmless enigma that is made terrible by our own mad attempt to interpret it as though it had an underlying truth.

I've been known to put my entire wages in the same machine, and boy was that harsh. Ya learn your lessons though, and I haven't stuck so much as a quid in a machine for at least 10 years or so.
