The whiner concerned should have said something a long time ago, in person by visiting and having a drink together and gently working it into the conversation.

Such skills are obviously lacking.

If it was a bunch of rioting chavs then I could understand as discussing it would be an obvious waste of time but not in this instance.
The woman has to live somewhere and obviously needs help. Would the whiner be prepared to pay for taxes to cover the social care of people like that in remote locations? I doubt it.

I would react to that in ways that would land me in severe trouble.

Yes, it sounds like she hoped that mum would be upset enough to move away. As if she's not got enough on her plate without malicious neighbours.

the person writing the letter is clearly mentally impaired himself. the laziness, sloppy spelling and emphasis on certain words makes me doubt this is a person with an ounce of intelligence. they are even cowardly by hiding behind a female disguise.

When 8-year-old Riley started screaming and throwing things in a North Carolina restaurant, a mystery diner's words gave hope to his tired and embarrassed mother, Ashley England.

A North Carolina mother says a stranger's kind-hearted note was a "blessing" that wiped away long weeks of aggravation.
Ashley England and her family had tried to eat dinner Friday at the Stag & Doe restaurant in China Grove, N.C., but planned to bolt when she couldn't calm her 8-year-old son, Riley, who has special needs.

"He threw the phone and started screaming," England told WBTV. "The past few weeks have been very hard and trying for us - especially with public outings. Riley was getting loud and hitting the table and I know it was aggravating to some people."

But if most customers were annoyed, one understood and quietly sent a waitress on a special errand to help the family.

"I'll try to do this without crying," the waitress told the family. "But another customer has paid for your bill tonight and wanted me to give you this note."



The note said, "God only gives special children to special people."

The simple gesture brought England to tears.

"To have someone do that small act towards us shows that some people absolutely understand what we are going through and how hard it is to face the public sometimes," she said. "They made me cry, blessed me more than they know. I felt like out of all the rude negative comments that we are faced with - this outweighs them, the people who care!"

A severe form of epilepsy has caused Riley to suffer seizures, beginning when he was just 18 months old. He can no longer speak and has endured three major brain surgeries.

England says her son struggles to communicate and periodically erupts in frustrated outbursts.

The structure of the letter seems to indicate a young mother, 18 at the most.
If not, an older mother with an under-developed brain who somehow considers herself normal and a child who will likely grow up with an above average IQ to be retarded.
I hope the mom receiving this letter laughed and ripped it up, would break my heart to find out she let it upset her.
