For what my view's worth, Scotland historically has always been a nation of 'divided loyalties' shall we say. Those of your William Wallace ilk who I regard as the true Scots, and then the other 50% who tend to 'chum it up' with whoever will line their pockets best from Royalists, to the French, the Spanish and now at this time the English. My biggest concern is that Scotland is being given this last ditch attempt at its own governance which unless the Scots sort out the narrow minded, arse licking, yellow bellied amongst them, will lose this life changing vote and for ever more be told to "put up and shut up".

I disagree with what you say Andy, because lets just say Scotland does get its independence.....then that would be the first step towards change if they chose to change their system would it not? May I ask, if you were afforded the opportunity to
"machine gun the bankers, politicians, lawyers and other such scum" (please clarify who these are), then what, how and who would you replace them with given that your policy of 'mass clearance' rather reeks of dictatorship?
I also see flaws in your first statement. The Scots along with the Welsh, through their own parliaments, have indeed introduced such things as free prescriptions and free higher education. And please don't come back and say 'the Brit tax payer funds that'. My understanding is they don't. The division of the money is worked out by central government (the Brits) per head from the tax revenue which is dispersed per capita head, between the Celts and Brits, The Celts then decide which way they want to disperse the money from the central tax collector...the Brit......it's just the Brit that decides to spend it on overseas conflicts and the ilk.
My final conclusion is that Scotland will not get its independence by the very narrowest of margins, and it will be enough for the 'Brits' to keep themselves and their appointed lackeys in place for ever more constantly lining their own pockets whilst keeping the rest of us in servitude and serfdom.
So yes, I would like to see Scotland get their independence, there is a better chance of a change in the system if they do because it will remain the same old same old if they don't...... for everyone.
