Looks exactly like a preying mantis moving around tbh. I see them around these parts all the time, soon as I saw the vid its what I thought of.

As for the size of it, maybe it was infront of the light, close to the light, that is lighting up that building and casting a large shadow. :dunno:

But it does look like a preying mantis so not sure its out of this world.

If its casting a shadow on the building it could look like that, even if its crawling around somewhere else... like close to the light shining on that building, and it did that turn thingy and the shadow was cast onto the building.

So I wouldnt worry about it too much mulder.
