I have an atrocious sleep pattern Gills pal.
Sometime I can go up to around 3 days on a couple of hours kip.
Most of my life I have averaged around 4hrs per night, (a trait I was disturbed to discover I shared with Thatcher :O ), once in a while the camel hits the sleep oasis and I go spark out for silly amounts of time.

I don't even have the consolation of it being because I have a guilty conscience because I'm as pure as pure can be. :)
