I know some folk have no truck with this outfit, but personally, and regardless of whether or not most of it is just good, old-fashioned common sense, their stuff has really, really helped me when I've been proper on the bones of me arse, emotionally as well as physically.

I thought it might be nice if when I come across a real gem, I had somewhere to share it with you tossers.

As ever, you will discuss what you like, but I think we've rinsed them enough already. I'd like to try and reserve this thread for me and anyone else who happens to have actually got something from their stuff, if poss.

I shared this with a friend recently after re-finding it on YT and it so succinctly conveyed precisely what I wanted to say to them, I was actually a little bit amazed.
