The universe is a hologram. All matter in the universe, every atom in the universe is created by a vibration/frequency.
The more we delve into the nature of reality the more we come to understand how the hologram/illusion works.
String theory is a good way of trying to explain how things work. All the universe is made up of the same strings, they're no different. Atoms are created depending on what frequency a particular string vibrates at.
If we look at the page on this site explaining who and what source is (an energy field) we come to understand that the universe is Source itself and it is through pure conscious will that this energy field creates multiple levels of vibration which are frequencies or waveforms.
The human body is a machine which has been designed to detect the vibrations and frequencies of the waveforms of the universe and thus decode them into what we sense with our five senses.
When you look at something with your eyes you are simply detecting a wave (light aka electromagnetic waves), When you touch something you are detecting the waveform that is being projected by the vibrating strings or in other words the primal source energy field which you could call God.
In simple terms, the universe is the creation and the creator, it is energy vibrating at different frequencies.
The human level of the universe is very dense matter because it is at a much lower frequency/vibration as higher dimensions in which we are lighter beings or energy (spirits/souls/lightbeings).
We incarnate into human machines in order to experience life in the holographic universe at a denser level.
