I've always had the feeling I just edged it out of me mam's womb with a todger. 51%/49% M/F in essence.
Son of a coal miner from Salford, there were certain 'macho' expectations I never even entertained.
'Hard' probably being one of them.
But despite TPV's gay agenda my open-mindedness never lead me to pursue sex in more 'attainable' areas....despite the numerous situations having a gay best mate puts you in.
It could have been me and sean if Tavistock had only gotten their gay programming right by now.

Im sure your're in-house dr is as near as ever you need to be to tavistock....you came together in love and destiny did not plan for you to be a part of all the other shenanigans connected to those types,
And the macho part is of course programming which all go through as we are given so many expectations in our younger lives to "fit the mold" and it is nearly always coupled with guilt, but you have remained true to your nature which imo, shows you have a strong sense of the feminine in you, and i dont mean in a "faux fairy" way, that is not authentic to me, i mean able to feel....
Able to be tender, compassionate and be in touch with a part of ALL of us, but many deny that and cannot understand that you cannot achieve balance without uniting [marrying even] both the male and female principles within us.....
hence why you see so many pumped up muscle-men as they are hiding the insecurity of what they feel inside, so instead seek to protect their idea of macho.....people like your dad were indoctrinated into their mind-set by the surroundings and the era they lived through too, just like some of my relatives did, and you would have more chance of finding rocking horse s*** than getting them to understand they needed to embrace both principles....as i see it anyway
