Hi Abs *waves*

Knowing what you've been studying recently, and not having heard of Dr. Dispenza.............
Any chance of a couple of sentences about the vid please? I don't want to start watching it, and not finish it if it doesn't grab me in the first 5 minutes.

Sorry...I'm ever so slightly distracted lately. Intentionally so, though. :hypo:

Basically, he's talking about healing/changing behaviours from within or rewiring the conscious/subconcious. If the first five mins doesn't grab you, you probably won't enjoy the full hour. Worth bookmarking for later though.

There isn't really anything much to it...

I've just noticed that focusing my attention on unwanted or 'negative' aspects of my life, tends to get me more of that shit. Mind, it's only taken me thirty-odd years to clock that. I pretty much hit rock bottom recently, so decided I had nothing to lose - no sympathy required by the by. It's genuinely turned out to be just about the best mother-frickin thing that ever happened to me.

I'm conducting a little personal experiment in which I am solely in charge of 'editing' exactly what goes in and comes out of my noggin. So far, it is working very well indeed. It's also the reason why I haven't been as gobby in forum-land recently. Sorry about that...I can sense that you're all just desolate about it.

But fear not, I'm still here and always will be. Occasionally, I come across some bits and pieces that may/may not encourage someone else to have a nosey about their own mind, and I share them here.

I'd like to tell you more...but I'm afraid I'd have to kill you.

I'm happy for you, man. Happy that you're in a good place and happy that you've found yourself.

Don't fret that it's taken you thirty odd years - early thirties, of course - most folk never get that far. :)

Interestingly - I might say 'coincidentally', though I don't believe in coincidences any more - I was talking with a mate today about songs that we listened to in our youth.

I had some free time so actually looked some of them up on YT. It amazed me, when actually listening to the songs now, that those numbers I rinsed in my teens, actually had some pretty deep lyrics. They were mainly dancy/house stuff, but the words...THE WORDS!

It was almost as if something was trying to convey what I'm only now beginning to register in my peripheral, all those years ago. What's even more peculiar was that these were some of my fave songs. I had them on repeat pretty much 24/7...but hadn't even consciously registered the actual words before.

I realise this may make me sound even more bonkers-barmy than you all thought I was before, but I'm waaaaay past caring at this point.

I cant say for certain as i am learning i cannot speak for others experiences, but where mine are cponcerned looking back, it seemed to be the positive aspects of myself reflecting through such powerful or meaningful words, or such profound experiences, but due to operating via the core beliefs that were just below conscious thought, the positive things were not being given the focus they deserved, due to the self-defeating scripts that were running along side and were the reason my attention was diverted, as they would have had me focusing on something that matched the low frequency thoughts i was running instead.....thats how i see it now anyway

Ps Abs, i am currently working on the same theme as the dr dispenza videos, and also looking at victim consciousness too as it all parallels with this, i am doing a great deal of work at home on this, and it has brought so much to my awareness that i have been looking externally at instead of within, it is truly fascinating though can leave you 'heavy' whilst looking at those beliefs and where they originated from....thank you for sharing what you are doing as the connection is perfectly attuned.

If you want to explore further from a thought belief way, check out Lynne Forrest - Beyond Victim Consciousness , it is a great book and ties in with dr dispenza's work too, it may surprise you to see just how much others are teaching us about ourselves, when for example they may treat you badly etc, is because we have a core belief from childhood that maybe made us feel worthless, unsafe etc.....and by changing that/those core beleifs then alllow a connection to the Creator Source/God or however you perceive it, and draw to us positive experiences free from the past negative scripts that go unrecognised and unhealed, bringing more and more negative experiences for us to realise that.

Cheers GP, will do.

That's exactly how I'm viewing what happened too. It's been there all along, I was just too wrapped up in other 'themes' to take notice, as are we all sometimes.

I don't necessarily see this as a bad thing though. It could be argued as the very reason why 'we' are 'here'...particularly when/if you ever reach that moment of self-realisation (for want of a better term).

Your work sounds fascinating. I'm cobbling something similar together, albeit all in my bonce so far.

Perhaps we could collaborate?

...as to some of it leaving you feeling "heavy", I completely get that.

In my own experience, once I'd recognised where these lines of thought may have originated, I tried not to dwell there mentally for longer than necessary. Easier said than done, I know, but by that point, I'd begun to recognise the validity in what I'd experienced regarding being a bit more choosy about what you give your attention to/perpetuing themes simply by focusing upon them.

Find a way to bless/thank it, and send it on it's way. It may pop up again as you've been practising some of them for a lifetime, but once you get the hang of dismissing them, it does get easier.

So, yeah, sometimes painful but necessary part of the process, imo. In this regard, it's nothing like 'ignoring' something, even though it sounds very much like that's what I'm advocating...if that makes sense?

Hahaha i understood collaborate , and your very dry funny wit too :P

In response to what you said, i agree too it is not a bad thing, in fact it is the most positive thing to bring to awareness Abs, it has taught me so much so far about myself and how those beliefs shaped my existence, and always i would look outwards for the cause, but now understand it is myself who sent out those 'signals' which brought those who fulfilled those negative core beliefs, such as feeling i am not worth anything to anyone, even writing it feels liberating as i would never have been ready before this to even contemplate the responsibility for the external experiences was mine, and i would hide behind defenses to justify that denial of self-responsibilty....

I am more than happy to collaborate and share progress with you, i have huge sheets of paper on my walls at the momwent to write everything down and get tp the core of such beliefs, i also have a notepad too which helps me write down a lot for then adding to the wall when im working on it.....it has made me feel heavy at times but it is necessary to sit through Abs, as those low vibrations are a signal from those core beliefs, and it requires looking at the past, so will release all that energy from then which is unpleasant but vital to work through, as you then begin to move into a higher frequency...then you truly feel connected to life.

I have worked over the years at different times and thought i had got there, but this is by far the most enlightening experience, as i have been functioning under a illusion of achieving so much growth, and yet still running those negative core beliefs, whilst only 'seeing' the positive ones, yet never quite grasping the outer experiences, as i have lived my past through them with all i have come across, including yourself, and never once considering that i was drawing experiences to show those negative beliefs i had of myself which i never realised and certainly would not have accepted until now,

Yet it is all the people, i have come across in life, including yourself & the rest of the forum, that has been teaching me all along that i was not fully aligned and needed to see those past life beliefs i was sending out like a 'signal',due to the lessons they were drawing in experiences from you all, not the other way round as i 'thought', and the responsibility rests firmly with me.

Pm me if ever you want to talk Abs or post as you do and we can share with each other

You sound like you're making great progress, gp. If I have done so, I am pleased I was able to assist.

During a pique of frustration on my part, a very wise soul once pointed out to me that this 'work' will never be 'done'. Thankfully.

We shall talk more, I think. ;)

You have assisted Abs and it is in sharing we draw those positive experiences, as for the wise soul...i agree we always will be working but if it is from the positive and highest, it is a joy so here is to completing this stage and operating from a higher frequency enjoying the life you truly deserve

And yes i look forward to talking more Abs, good night. :)
