It'd seem strange to me that his being cleared of previous charges, would inspire others to have a go.

Wasn't he nearly bankrupted a few years ago by the court expenses for his defamation claim? He won, but it cost him massively. I don't think he's loaded.

not all , as i have known lots of lovely women , but i know my fair share of the other

All i will say about him, is the fact he is happy to express that those who have been abused have done something in a former life...that imho shows a total lack of compassion and regard for such situations, and his "speech" after the case was telling saying "i thought they had got me" and then gives a speech more suited to the television awards thanking granada first then a load of others and his family were thought of last, despite them being by his side all the way through.....it speaks reams to me what he is about, and the yewtree investigation has been handled poorly and they admitted putting cases before the courts that were not strong...

it is in my opinion a great way of being seen to be doing something, but in reality they are hamstringing any chance of true investigation of what is happening and should DLT walk too it will give the excuse not to go any further..in any so-called abuse investigation they always throw a few lower down the ladder to the wolves,...but ensure that the witchhunt scenario is played out too elsewhere to cover those further up which to me is the modus operandi anyway.....operation rose....bryn alyn care home...dunblane... etc etc etc..
