Torz Reynolds Removes Tattoo Of Ex Boyfriend's Name With Scalpel – Posts Him The Skin (GRAPHIC PICTURES)
We’re all for tattoos but if we’ve learned anything over time, it’s that getting your lover’s name inked on you in any shape or form can be a death knell for many a relationship.
Such was the case for Torz Reynolds, who had the emblem ‘Chopper’s Bitch’ etched on her forearm.
Sadly the passion between Reynolds and Chopper was snuffed out after he informed her he was emigrating to Alaska to pursue his dream job.
Reynolds even tearfully saw him off at the airport, but later learned Chopper had diverted from Alaska to Essex and was now living with a woman he had been having an affair with for six months.
Infuriating. But rather than opt for a cover-up or a strike through, Reynolds removed that tattoo herself – with a scalpel.
The 26-year-old spent 30 minutes carefully slicing the skin on her arm, before using tweezers to pull off the severed skin.
She then wrapped up her handiwork in ribbons and sent it to her former lover via recorded delivery.
The professional body piercer said: “I packaged it up so it really did look like a present. I even used different handwriting so he’d have no idea that it was me.
“I can’t imagine what his reaction was. I wish I could have been there to see it.”
She added: “Posting the tattoo to Chopper sent a clear message. Now he knows never to mess with me again.”
Some of Reynold’s friends think the gesture went too far, but she’s unfazed.
“At the end of the day, it’s only skin and it will grow back. I’d absolutely recommend it to other people," she said.
“Laser surgery is very expensive and very painful. This is a genuine alternative, it’s literally one hour and then you’re done.”
And Reynolds, who is now in a new relationship, is even thinking about offering the procedure to others in he same boat.
She told HuffPost UK: “I’m very happy, I don’t regret it at all. I’ve had some requests from people who want it done, particularly from people wanting to be rid of ex-boyfriends’ names.”
While Reynolds is keen to get started on her new business venture, she does impress the importance of being safe.
She adde: “Do get it done professionally. Don’t be an idiot. I’ve been in the body modification trade for years, it’s not like I sat down with a dirty scalpel and got to work.”
Chopper is yet to comment on his gift.
