This seems to be some kind of strange phenomenon - like it's become a fashion, or a way to get yourself into the papers. It's very odd. Almost always these cops kill someone who is unable to defend themselves - so, a teen or elderly black person, etc. They must know the bad publicity it will bring; and perhaps (it should be demanded) that it will end their career. So why does one after the other do it? For fame? Because they want to know what it's like to kill someone while they are "empowered" to do so; because it will make them big in Gangsta land? It's very, very odd that the more they kill such people, and the more trouble and protest that ensues from it, the more another black person is killed in the same way.

Are they being specially paid by "someone" to join the police specially for this reason?

You would think that police would be extra careful to not make more of these things happen, right? Soon people will start to shoot back.

Exactly, Hex. And yet it seems like it's some kind of National Sport and they're all ready to have a pop, damn the consequences. Why, I can't help but wonder. There's absolutely no guile to it, it's blatant and overt, and their "bosses" hardly seem to mind..... What's going on with this?

Yes, I understand that America (and many other places) have a terrible problem with violence .... and in this "educated", wealthy, modern day and age we can only guess why. But I have literally NO sympathy at all with cops - or soldiers for that matter - Black Cloud. They know and agree to the risks of the job they are taking on (and if they don't, well, D'uh!!). They seem only too quick to gear-up and gung-ho around the place, like they own it and can do what they want.

No matter what, they are still far too quick and ready to kill black people just bout whenever they get the "chance". They are at least as criminal as those they are "hunting" and should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

If there's something goof about Finnish police, its that they don't shoot. Pretty much not at all, they don't have to... For me it the stories about trigger happy cops sound very foreign.
